I've been watching Hans's videos since I was a sophomore in High School. Sometimes, I would even fall asleep to them. Now I'm 25 and I still get value out of these. Thank you for giving me clarification and peace throughout the years.
6 yrs ago I had a life review! I was unaware at that time that I had severe sleep apnoea. In fact the later medical test results showed that I occasionally stopped breathing for up to 4 minutes! My experience was a rapid rush of everything I had done throughout my life. In fact I was able to feel and experience every moment as if it was occurring again at that moment! Though what I also remember is that it was very important that there was an absolute and deep longing to wish that I had EXPERIENCED so much more within my period of living on this planet? In fact I did not obsess regarding any notion of regret, but just a longing to have wished I had done more at all and every opportunity. Much like travelling more, joining more social clubs, involving myself and helping other peoples lives! The moment was quite surreal and as I drifted up from my bed I could see all angles of the room simultaneously; Much like having full peripheral vision above, below and to the sides simultaneously. Also colours are different, much like when you put your camera on vintage capture mode!..I returned with a huge jump, but this memory was so very vivid and so very real. I will never forget! This was not a dream because I woke choking and struggling for breath which was very frightening!

I come from a narc family that has targetted me for my potential to have a happy and exciting love life: Im the only thin family member - the jealousy I got from a fat sister and the enabling of the rest family members caused me severe social anxiety which fucked up my life. In the end, she got to experience more than me. Is there no justice for abuse, targetting and sabotaging?

I am merely offering what I experienced 4 years ago! I believe that there is a much bigger picture for us in the spirit world after death. I believe our brief time here on this planet is merely schooling to better enhance our onward moving soul. Conversely, when a bad person CHOOSES not to seek forgiveness then whilst we might wished we had done more, we will sadly also have to carry that burden into the LOWER levels of the next realm. As we Initially transition it looks like we certainly DO remember who we were!! How long this connection lasts I sadly do not have the answer? Your point regarding revenge; as ironic as it might seem is to maybe NOT seek or demand revenge and actually do the opposite?? This is not an easy thing to do but this is not about them; This is about you and where you will be after death! Maybe we need to protect and save our own destiny in this manner as a priority. There is a condition called 'Like for Like' within the law of attraction. This means that whilst we have ALL sinned, if you have at least tried to make amends then you have the chance of moving into a higher realm within the afterlife. Likewise those that choose not to can easily find themselves down at a level of perpetual torment. Some call this HELL!

And I dont think that simply asking for forgiveness and trying to make amends is enough; what's the point if your victim's life is ruined after decades-long abuse? At this point, my life and dreams have been fucked up enough for me to have zero interest in returning to any one of these "family" relations. In any case, I don't think the whole system - assuming there is an afterlife - would make any sense without some redemption or justice. I suppose, onky time will tell. 😅
I've known about this for many years. I think about my younger self, Oh my Oh my. Now I'm 58 and I am wiser and definitely more caring. But were all human we still make mistakes. Learning school absolutely!
I have been thinking about my life review recently. I have been through so much trauma because I lost my parents at a very young age. This made me reactionary and difficult to be around at times. I also rejected society completely because I felt it was satanic in nature and became a professional musician. Now I teach meditation and Ki Gong and many people each week tell me how grateful they are for having me in their life. I feel happier now because I am giving people unconditional love. I am starting to do this with people I do not even like now also, which is amazing. When we come from a place of love everything looks different. hanks for sharing Hans. You always seem to put up a video that feels really relevant to me. :)
Memories of things I did as a young man really make me feel bad. I have sought for forgiveness but have no way of finding the ones I hurt. I have spoken to these folks (in my mind) one at a time asking for forgiveness. I have done good to others trying to make up for what I did. I feel bad and hopefully I can meet them on the other side and get it straightened out.
Our single life here on earth is not enough..so...we reincarnate many times to learn how to love, to give,and to service.. Thanks Hans for your high spiritual teaching.

I agree with you. The way this is presented instills fear of the review. I know my lessons revealed with self reflection nearly every day too. so I don't agree with Hans on this review surrounding hurt and that doesn't include anything positive. My review will include the ripple effects of love I shared on earth, no just "earth school " lessons. The lessons are obvious with self reflection.

I believe it would be more beneficial to have a Life Review every 10 years rather than only one once all is over. It is like having only one Exam for the last 3-4 years of University. The feedback loop is quite long, and is impeding awareness and evolution. Thank you Hans, nice subject, well done.

Thank you for this wonderful video, Hans. I've been doing a life review for about the past ten years. It's my goal to clear things up before moving to the next realm.
I looked up how many people die each year on Earth, and it's ~ 56 million, and about 160,000 each day. The Council must be extremely busy with each Life Review! Some of the accounts I've read of spirits reporting through a medium state that during this review, what you did to a person is reflected right back on you, including pain, sorrow, etc. If you do mini life reviews while on Earth, I wonder if the negative Karma is removed? I've thought about some of the things I'm not proud of and regret them immensely. It would be great if that's taken into account in the afterlife. Hans always has a great vid with deep insight. Danke

Would love to know what happens to soul whenever we listen and respond or react to mind and not soul. Everytime we ignore souls inner voice, are we adding Karma by not acting from a place of soul?
My sister (age 73) has been breaking into my homes, stealing my money, things I needed such as my watch, the finials from my lamps(!), my only remembrances of our mother (who died when I was 5 and sister was 12), all of my identification cards, and so much more. She poisoned my food twice and also abused my cat, who subsequently had to be put to sleep because of her injuries. There is so much more, but I hope this paints a picture of a person who seems to have no conscience and no empathy. If she doesn't care about anything except herself, her "offspring," and money and image now, why would she suddenly feel remorse after she dies? I realize that I have been too trusting. But how are we to know we should mistrust those who say they love us and later betray us? During sister's early thefts, I believed her gaslighting. She convinced me that I had misplaced the things she had stolen, then laughed to herself as I looked high and low for them. She enjoyed my sorrow. You might disagree, but I feel sure I did nothing like these things to her in some other life. Am I to believe that I somehow "deserved" this treatment because I was loving, forgiving, and probably naive to her negative deeds? (What is naivete anyway?) Again, would she suddenly develop empathy and remorse after she dies? I find that hard to believe, given the extremes of her behavior, especially as she has gotten older. Crimes against me feed her spirit.

I'm so Terrified of This Specific Event Ahead. I'm not Afraid of Dying or Even the Pain, But having to See it All Again is something that Actively Scares Me. Its Perhaps the Only Thing that Makes Me want to Stay Alive. This World is Suffering but I didn't make it any better by my Own Actions. I Threw Away so Much Love, So much Joy, Hurt so Many. It's a Life I ultimately regret more than I don't. I'm Ashamed for it, I could have done it so much better, But I Chose not To until I had nothing left to do but Understand that. I had an instant one time, I was in a Lidl's and an elderly lady was ahead of me in the queue, she was £3 short of money and asked to return a £3 rose plant she had purchased, I put £3 down on the counter and said I wanted to buy this for her and she said no.., I asked her cant a gentleman buy a lady a Rose?.., she smiled and accepted and we went our own way but I always wondered whether the Rose bush took and if she ever thought of the gentleman who bought the lady a Rose?
There are aspects of my life I dont want to see again because they have haunted my entire life, altered my life choices and are a side of myself I wish never existed, granted I have learnt from these events and never repeated them (individually) but not the highlight reel of my life.., my only guess as to why I am still here is because something else see's a side of me that did learn this time around?.., I just want to go home.
Very recently I learned that the neighbor who sexually abused me as a child had died. My husband asked me if I was glad that he had died. My answer was ‘no’, but I was glad that he would be receiving his life review, so he would realize the impact of his actions on me. On another note, I can confirm that reincarnation is real. When I was a young teenager, I had a vivid dream of being a young mother with dark hair and two children - one little brunette daughter and a blond baby boy. I had a near death experience and I had the “life flashing before my eyes” thing, and it was unbelievable and horrifying. Like I had always heard that it happens, but I had a mega download because I was certain I was going to die, and everything that didn’t make sense at the time ran on hyper speed in my mind and it all made sense at that very moment, do you’re best to understand from lessons now because having it thrown in your face all in an instant is absolutely horrifying, I’m glad I’m still here though to straighten it out now instead of actually passing.

I looked up how many people die each year on Earth, and it's ~ 56 million, and about 160,000 each day. The Council must be extremely busy with each Life Review! Some of the accounts I've read of spirits reporting through a medium state that during this review, what you did to a person is reflected right back on you, including pain, sorrow, etc. If you do mini life reviews while on Earth, I wonder if the negative Karma is removed? I've thought about some of the things I'm not proud of and regret them immensely. It would be great if that's taken into account in the afterlife. Hans always has a great vid with deep insight. Danke

There's joy and there's peace whenever we listen to your videos. Please keep making more, they are extremely valuable to us. Would love to know what happens to soul whenever we listen and respond or react to mind and not soul. Everytime we ignore souls inner voice, are we adding Karma by not acting from a place of soul?
My sister (age 73) has been breaking into my homes, stealing my money, things I needed such as my watch, the finials from my lamps(!), my only remembrances of our mother (who died when I was 5 and sister was 12), all of my identification cards, and so much more. She poisoned my food twice and also abused my cat, who subsequently had to be put to sleep because of her injuries. There is so much more, but I hope this paints a picture of a person who seems to have no conscience and no empathy. If she doesn't care about anything except herself, her "offspring," and money and image now, why would she suddenly feel remorse after she dies? I realize that I have been too trusting. But how are we to know we should mistrust those who say they love us and later betray us? During sister's early thefts, I believed her gaslighting. She convinced me that I had misplaced the things she had stolen, then laughed to herself as I looked high and low for them. She enjoyed my sorrow. You might disagree, but I feel sure I did nothing like these things to her in some other life. Am I to believe that I somehow "deserved" this treatment because I was loving, forgiving, and probably naive to her negative deeds? (What is naivete anyway?) Again, would she suddenly develop empathy and remorse after she dies? I find that hard to believe, given the extremes of her behavior, especially as she has gotten older. Crimes against me feed her spirit.

I had an instant one time, I was in a Lidl's and an elderly lady was ahead of me in the queue, she was £3 short of money and asked to return a £3 rose plant she had purchased, I put £3 down on the counter and said I wanted to buy this for her and she said no.., I asked her cant a gentleman buy a lady a Rose?.., she smiled and accepted and we went our own way but I always wondered whether the Rose bush took and if she ever thought of the gentleman who bought the lady a Rose?
There are aspects of my life I dont want to see again because they have haunted my entire life, altered my life choices and are a side of myself I wish never existed, granted I have learnt from these events and never repeated them (individually) but not the highlight reel of my life.., my only guess as to why I am still here is because something else see's a side of me that did learn this time around?.., I just want to go home.
Very recently I learned that the neighbor who sexually abused me as a child had died. My husband asked me if I was glad that he had died. My answer was ‘no’, but I was glad that he would be receiving his life review, so he would realize the impact of his actions on me. On another note, I can confirm that reincarnation is real. When I was a young teenager, I had a vivid dream of being a young mother with dark hair and two children - one little brunette daughter and a blond baby boy. I was on a crowded train, and I was angry. There were men dressed in a particular colored shirts that I was avoiding. It’s not hard to figure out what that was about.
It's not as he puts it in the video. He's only expressing his religious beliefs, which don't portrait the reality of it all.

I had a near death experience and I had the “life flashing before my eyes” thing, and it was unbelievable and horrifying. Like I had always heard that it happens, but I had a mega download because I was certain I was going to die, and everything that didn’t make sense at the time ran on hyper speed in my mind and it all made sense at that very moment, do you’re best to understand from lessons now because having it thrown in your face all in an instant is absolutely horrifying, I’m glad I’m still here though to straighten it out now instead of actually passing.

Our true knowledge comes from within. It’s not an easy concept at first but after contemplating or meditating on this, it becomes very easy and natural. Best of outcomes for you as you move into your own deep knowledge.
Some of his knowledge comes from a lady named Gabriella who gets her knowledge from an angel... Take from that what you will since the bible warns of spirits and doctrine of demons. Be careful!
