How absolutely awesome this is! Wow! When I get a package with a Bible in it, there is no more exciting package I ever get~ It's just wonderful and this one is very special. I love the NKJV too and I love how Humble Lamb prints beautiful picture on the closed pages. They feel so good to hold, too. I am blessed to have a Humble Lamb...a different one than this, but mine is just beautiful. This is so special and I am so happy that they let you keep it. Thank you for this video. It's a pleasure to watch it. God bless you and yours!
Greetings Pastor Dwayne. You forgot to mention the artist who did the work within the text block. Gustav Doré was a painter who became known for his religious works in 1856-57. He is my all-time favorite artist. Thanks for the video. I like the new studio. I am working on my own new studio. It should be complete by mid-July. I love the box routine 😂. God's best my brother.
Man if I had only seen this before I ordered mine, it was roughly 2 weeks ago that I ordered it. Also, I wouldn't hand you my nice Bible the way you handle the pages! hah All that said, yea I think it's great!
Looks like a gorgeous Bible. I always love to see Humble Lamb's art guiding. And for those who care, the words of Christ are in blue. And for those who don't care, the words of Christ are still in blue 😂
I think the bible should be used, studied and read. But this one is kind of art. The NKJV, Reference Bible, Classic Verse-by-Verse, Center-Column is ideal for the reading and studying of God's word. Greetings from a German brother who loves the NKJV.
I brotha I just ordered mine last week should be coming in today when I get home from work but I paid 350 Canadian after taxes and a 10 percent discount
I'm not a fan of red letter bibles both because I'd rather the text all be the same and because I just find it hard to read through long sections of red text. That's the biggest side of it, and this blue letter looks so much better and easier to read. I saw Thomas Nelson have started doing this as well and in the right edition, I'd definitely buy one. Thanks for the review!
That's the only negative thing I have against Humble Lamb Bibles, is the price. Other than that, they look like great Bibles. I love how they have "THE WORD OF GOD" on the spine instead of "HOLY BIBLE". I think that is so cool! And I like that they have the words of Christ in blue. I don't know if they're the only ones that do that, but it's very unique.
The paper isn't terribly thin, it's thicker than the Clarion, but not quite as thick as the KJV Lion. There's no "Bleed through", that's where the ink acually comes through to the other side of the page, but there is some ghosting (where the shadow of the ink on the other side is visible). The ghosting on the video is exaggerated by the camera, but in person it's not as bad as it looks. It's also a line matched text so it's practically unnoticeable. Hope that helps.
I just don't care for the storybook character rendering on the edge. Blue letter Words of Christ is better but I also don't care for the differentiation! The concordance should just be left out and I would prefer a proper full separate concordance. But otherwise it looks very nice and I like the layout.
Maybe I've missed it, but of all the Humble Lamb reviews I've watched, not once have I heard anyone mention their mission printed on the dedication page stating that for every Bible purchased they will help those in need with Bibles and Daniel like any legitimate philanthropist, doesn't ever mention it. You glossed over without reading that page.
Seems I missed it here, but I did draw attention to it in my review of Humble Lambs KJV lion. you can catch that here th-cam.com/video/7U6808KedUo/w-d-xo.html around the 4:35 mark.
oh, no, that nice box... i wouldn't have guessed that you were going to throw away a Humble Lamb box... i was hoping that at least that box would survive the review... but no... 😑

I have the latest, The Lion refreshed with the Lion smashing the snakes head guild . Olive Green color . Just stunning.
Thank you, Pastor Dwayne🌹🌹🌹🌹
I absolutely agree with you about the index.. they tend to be either rarely useful to never!
Completely enjoying your review !!
Love the NKJB

It’d be nice to see a larger yapp on these!
Lunar Yellow. This is the way.
If they made this in a smaller size I’d get one, I can’t do the big Bibles, I like compact.

All 'Premium Bible's' are expensive. The materials that are used are of first quality.
hey pastor dwayne will that bible be in giveaway let me know
no, I will be using this Bible.
Is the OT quotes in the NT in italics or oblique?
no.
Are the pages thin like rizla paper? I noticed you could see the text from the other side of the page bleeding through

@@Dwayne_Green do they do a KJV one?

No boxes were harmed in the making of this video ;P
Shepherd**
I had to stop watching because of the licking of fingers and turning of pages.
You are so blind if you don’t see all the errors in this book. Do not add or take away from His word.
