Srsly Yoon being so caring to iKON here made me remember he is also doing the same care to TREASURE these days 😢 he may be Winner's maknae but his love to his own dongsaengs is consistent.
WINNER is has always been so supportive to their fellow label mates whether it’s YGE seniors or even being their senior artists themselves for BLACKPINK and TREASURE. As Hoony said on variety show and even Yoon said this recently..that WINNER is at the point in their careers as well as in YGE..where they are one of the sunbaes aka senior groups now. So they really take the time to look after their junior groups and they have been very hands on and attentive towards TREASURE. But it makes total sense tbh.. both WINNER and IKON has watched and looked over Yedam since 2012 as well as to rest of long time YG trainees aka Team A/YG Silver Boys. It’s not just fellow YGE label mates, but also the many 4th generation idols have looked or was inspired by WINNER and IKON. Both groups really are humble guys and give great advice to those groups.
YG debuted Team B because of the demand of the fans both in SK and international and also because of their talent and capabilities. We bgolds manage to do a hashtag in Twitter for almost two years begging YG to debut TEAM B. And because of that, year after YG decided to do another survival show which is MIX & MATCH. They added three new trainees to compete having JINHWAN, BOBBY and BI as the final line up in the 7 member group which is called iKON. It was a harsh survival show that BI and BOBBY doing the SMTM while doing M&M. They were Physically, Mentally and Emotionally drained but they still try their best even if it was hard. Bobby won the SMTM, Team B perform at YG Family Concert and having BOBBY and BI performing on MAMA Stage makes them gather more fans. After MIX & MATCH, 6 member of iKON has choosen excluding DONGHYUK which made us fans furious because we don't want another member to be added in the group, we want the original team b. Afterwards they announced DONGHYUK as the seventh member of iKON. Little by little bgolds accepted Chanwoo as a member of the group. Before their debut haters of iKON petition for BI not to debut because of some confidential reason, it stresses them out and also us fans. We protected iKON during that time, we fought IC's and YG Stan belittling iKON. It was a hard time for us but yeah we need to endure all those shits they throw to iKON. Haters mocked iKON because of their appearance, gets attacked because non fans thought iKON as a cocky group because of their styles but still we stand strong amidst all those criticizion we and iKON recieved. And I'm proud to say that even if how harsh the society gave to iKON in the past few years, I'm still here supporting them since Day 1 up until now. And I will never stop supporting them. What I love with Team A is how strong of an individual each members are while also appreciating how cohesive Team B is. During the show both team grew not just with their skills but also their dynamics as groups. Stan one group or both truly just base on one's preference but you can't deny how talented both groups are. And since both groups are very different you can have best of both worlds when it comes to having diverse music to listen to.

I agree. I feel like this was all a publicity stunt for both teams and it worked. I mean it was a lil brutal but I think it worked out for both teams. They gained fans way before they debuted. Like tbh, i've been rooting for Team A here but Team B gained a special place in my heart that I got so hyped when they became iKon. And that extra training time they got also really made them better esp the vocal line. I was amazed at their progress during mix n match and yo! I'm sure you're gonna watch that next. 🥰

There wasn’t only MOBB, there was a film project or some kind of collaboration project of WINNER and IKON aka WINKON called, “DIMENSIONS”. Many people who supported WINKON was so excited and hyped for whatever this project was, but of course when there’s those who embrace it, there’s a HUGE AMOUNT of those WHO DIDN’T WANT ANYTHING WINKON. They complained to YGE and well THAT WINKON DIMENSION PROJECT will forever be a MYSTERY. If you want to check out the trailer teaser for it, it’s on TH-cam and it looked SO AMAZING! WINNER X IKON IN ONE TEASER PROJECT? POWERFUL!! but of course those toxic fans ruined it!! 🤬🤬🤬 But yea... WINNER and IKON are still close and super supportive towards each other. At the end of the day, Team A was destined to become WINNER. Team B was destined to become IKON and find their maknae Chanwoo on Mix & Match. Everything happens for a reason and people shouldn’t dwell or still be bitter about what happened. Like I don’t get it? Both groups debuted and did debuted amazingly well as well as continued bringing quality music for the past 6 and 7 years. You think this is brutal and painful for Team A (Winner) and Team B (Ikon) because they had to compete against the other team. You need to watch Mix and Match. That show is a roller coaster of emotion since Team B had to compete against each other to be a member of Ikon. It's just fortunate that the fans voted for all members of Team B. It wouldn't have been the same if even one of them didn't make it.
In BIGBANGTV , they showing BIGBANG's members on the studio recording Just Another Boy but at the end they didn't include it in their comeback album and later on passed it down to WIN .

In that interview team B already knew they'll not win thats why they just tell that they'll just do their best in the final, while team A they knew they'll win that's why they were feeling sad for team B. But yeah i think one year delay for iKON debut make them stronger and improved so much they were literally grab all rookies awards in Korea, Japan, and China. Yesss I’m glad you guys have come to learn WINNER and IKON’s journey. There wasn’t only MOBB, there was a film project or some kind of collaboration project of WINNER and IKON aka WINKON called, “DIMENSIONS”. Many people who supported WINKON was so excited and hyped for whatever this project was, but of course when there’s those who embrace it, there’s a HUGE AMOUNT of those WHO DIDN’T WANT ANYTHING WINKON. They complained to YGE and well THAT WINKON DIMENSION PROJECT will forever be a MYSTERY. If you want to check out the trailer teaser for it, it’s on TH-cam and it looked SO AMAZING! WINNER X IKON IN ONE TEASER PROJECT? POWERFUL!! but of course those toxic fans ruined it!! 🤬🤬🤬
But yea... WINNER and IKON are still close and super supportive towards each other. At the end of the day, Team A was destined to become WINNER. Team B was destined to become IKON and find their maknae Chanwoo on Mix & Match. Everything happens for a reason and people shouldn’t dwell or still be bitter about what happened. Like I don’t get it? Both groups debuted and did debuted amazingly well as well as continued bringing quality music for the past 6 and 7 years. WINNER and IKON are both incredibly talented, versatile, and wonderful groups tbh. What’s the problem with those toxic fans/haters?
Anyways, if you want to continue following both WINNER and IKON’s journey after WIN. Pls watch WINNER TV (their reality show pre-debut to before debut). MIX & MATCH + IKON TV.. two shows that are also pre-debut through debut as well. There’s so much WINNER and IKON content tbh. ☺️☺️
There’s also WINNER on Weekly Idol as 5 members in 2014 aka debut year as well as their grand comeback as 4 members during REALLY REALLY ERA in 2017. I believe IKON also went on Weekly Idol 3 times. Also, check out WINNER’s Idol Room appearances as well as IKON’s Idol Room appearances. Same hosts, but different shows...it’s kind of sad that they didn’t continue Idol Room though. However, there is now another idol variety show with DARA and BTOB’s Eunkwang as MCs and it’s also a fun show.. TREASURE just did their episode not too long ago.

Colors and charm...Im ikonics but at the same time i support winner..Supporting their albums makes me happy...Team A win yet i know that ikon will debut someday cuz of their popularity aint no joke..So i really dont understand why some people hate having winner and ikon subunit (MOBB)..MOBB is one of the best subunit of yg of all time...I remember that winner's halfmoon reality show, damn the way winner cry because of ikon message lol i cry also damm thats LOVE..They are brothers no matter what, im sure they share the same pain after they been through...

Waah... I have watched this whole series before many times. But I am still crying watching this again. Though I have decided to be an inner circle, I love Ikon so much. I have a Winkon heart. You think this is brutal and painful for Team A (Winner) and Team B (Ikon) because they had to compete against the other team. You need to watch Mix and Match. That show is a roller coaster of emotion since Team B had to compete against each other to be a member of Ikon. It's just fortunate that the fans voted for all members of Team B. It wouldn't have been the same if even one of them didn't make it.

In that interview team B already knew they'll not win thats why they just tell that they'll just do their best in the final, while team A they knew they'll win that's why they were feeling sad for team B. But yeah i think one year delay for iKON debut make them stronger and improved so much they were literally grab all rookies awards in Korea, Japan, and China. Now cant wait for Hanbin redebut and watch him get all the awards too.
