- Hi everyone, how was your week? I hope your December was magical so far!
Mine was AWESOME because guess what? Just Saturday, I got my black belt! I am so proud of myself!
Now, I want you and me both to get comfy and snuggle up in bed, so you can listen to the stories I have to tell while you drift off to sleep.
Also I got the summary of 'If we were Villains' wrong: it starts with him getting out of prison, yes, but he recounts the events that led to him being there, they don't happen after he is released.
Hopefully, this hand-held close-up whisper ramble (+ some triggers like tapping etc.) can help you relax tonight ^-^

What even is ASMR?
ASMR describes a feeling of pleasant goosebumps (this is also called tingles). You may it know from when someone scratched your scalp or your back. ASMR videos trigger this feeling using various different sounds and visuals.
ASMR can help people fall asleep. It also calms anxiety and can be used for both relaxation and focusing on a task.

Okay… I’m so curious.. is it Aikido? judo? Capoieria (idk how to spell it. The Brazilian one?) is it… MMA? Martial arts? Either way, whatever it is… that’s incredible. Congratulations! It’s such an accomplishment 🎉🎉❤
Thank youuu! It's a very niche Korean martial art form that combines techniques from all kinds of other martial arts ^-^

I was thinking it was a karate offshoot until this as it mimicked the belt structure and some of the mroe obscure ones jsut use their style name without karate in it.
I'm late, but you would spell it "Capoeira", so it was pretty close.

Oh my gosh congratulations on getting your black belt!!! I am so curious which form of martial art you do? I have a black belt in Tae Kwan Do and hit level three in Wing Chun (and then my teacher moved 😢) next week I’m starting Tai Chi! Kind of want to start Aikido too, because I’m nothing if not a glutton for punishment.
