    Glenwood is where I was raised during the 1960's and 70's. A stretch of Cove Blvd. was call "The Front" which was dotted with nightclubs, pool halls and other social spots. The Log Cabin lounge and the Little Savor just to name a few. Armstrongs convenience store and the old "Washateria" at the corner of 10th and Cove are remembered also. All gone now, sad.😕

      I remember "The Blocks" and the Safari Lounge.

    I am in Panama City as we speak. There’s something unsettling about this place. Perhaps it’s because it was taken from the Native Americans.

      We had three acres of land near the bay and we could dig up pottery. We also found points. You should read A Land Forgotten by Patrick Smith.
