I made this yesterday and it was delicious! It didn't even last 2 days. My husband loved it and said it would make a nice layer cake. I used freshly grated nutmeg from The Virgin Islands. I didn't have mixed essence so I just used a good vanilla. I will definitely be making this again. Thanks for sharing!
