Dude, that was fantastic! I've used Todoist for years and thought I was a power user until I watched your video. As you went along, I reworked my labels, projects, and filters. I feel so much more organized. Thanks, and keep up the excellent work.
I don't consider myself a power user either. Lol. I just think I'm crazy. 🤣 So glad you got something out of it. And thank you for the kind words and encouragement!
Please keep making these videos, these are much more useful than the basic ones of how to sign up and add tasks to the inbox etc. Your use of labels to organise your Today view is how I use it too. Love how you highlighted using keyboard shortcuts, I do it on some commands like shifting between lists, calendar and kanban, but this has inspired me to start using shortcuts much more extensively. Keep these coming!
Thank you so much for letting me know! When I set out to make this specific video, I knew I wanted it to be more than the basic videos. And I also didn't want it to be too advanced where it wasn't even accessible to people. So glad something resonated with you. When you use the question mark keyboard shortcut it pulls up all their shortcuts. So if you ever forget some or you want to learn one for a thing you do a lot, it's so helpful. Reach out if you ever have a topic you'd like me to expand on. If I have any knowledge of it, I'm happy to make one.
Thank you! And you just reminded me to make a video on how I use Drafts. I'm definitely not a power user of that app, but want to share how I use it for people who aren't aware it even exists. Such a great app. Thanks for your time watching!
@ I don’t care about power users because I won’t be a power user. I’m interested how “normal” users use the app because that will be much closer to how I use the app (also why I like your Todoist videos).
As photographer I do struggle with using a todo app. Tried Todoist, TickTick, Calenders5, Sorted, Structure then Todoist again, then simple Apple Cal and Reminders. I guess my problem is that I forget to write tasks down and then follow them :-)
Yeah, that was me in the beginning. Once I learned that if I didn't write something down or add an event to my calendar I would forget, I realized I needed to make sure it was as easy as possible for me to write those things down.

This is great! Looking forward to your video on Drafts.

Awesome! It's been added to my list of videos to make.

@@_AnthonyGauna I try 🙂
But Apple Reminders is also easy! 🙂 Why was it not an option for you?
The app is easy, but not for my brain. Lol.
