In my collection I still haven't gotten round to watching films such as: The Shining, The Thing, The Exorcist, Dawn of the Dead, Evil Dead, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, The Social Network, There Will Be Blood and No Country for Old Men just to name a few popular ones, haha. Can't wait to eventually check them all out!
Hello from Oregon, I hear you. If it's a sunny day I'm on the golf course or grilling. I watch my movies during the Fall, Holidays and during the Winter. I have several unopened 4ks I still need to check out. Not that I haven't seen them, but I like to check out the transfer on my OLED. For example,1917 and the Kingsman are clear and crisp. My days of starting a moving at 10 o'clock at night are long gone for the most part, I'll fall asleep. Thank you for the review.
I totally get it when you say you buy stuff and haven't seen it yet. I buy it with the plan to see it, but I'm so busy and tired from my job a lot of the time. Also, when I first started buying movies my dad said, "Why are you buying that. You saw it already."
Some movies that I haven't seen that are popular are, Clockwork Orange, Deliverance, Heat, American Beauty, Lilo and Stitch, Dragnet, Stripes, Three Amigoes, Gone in 60 seconds, Leaving Las Vegas, Minority Report, Natural Born Killers, Tombstone, The Big Chill.
I don't know if you have these, but some movies I can recommend are Coco, The Guest, Matchstick men, Interstate 60, All IP man movies, The Art of Self Defense, The Founder, Game Night, Buffalo 66
Please watch Never Ending Story. Pretend you are a kid again and watch it. Its a great fantasy movie. Yeah the night before was good. Oh the Tyler Perry Movies I like. I want to see more Madea. I remember seeing Psycho not too long ago with my dad. It was just okay for me. YES Requiem for a Dream, everything you heard and you are hearing it from me is the same, great movie. Scent of a Woman, great, "Whoo ha".
I would like to recommend, Tower Heist, Friendsgiving and Ideal Home for comedies. Horror would be The Rental from Shout Factory and surprisingly Dave Franco directed it. Definitely check out Maverick, it's great. Dolby Vision and Atmos is amazing. Thanks again...
About some of the movies you haven't seen that I saw, I like Alita Battle Angel a lot. It has great visuals like the Fifth Element and Valerian. 2 guns, good. 13 hours, good. 47 meters down, okay. Carlitos way, good. Dr. Strange, I liked it, but my dad thought it was too convoluded. You really need to pay attention and focus when watching Dr. Strange 2. Hell or High water, good. Hitmans body guard, good. The Irishman, didn't like it and kind of boring. The Kingsman 1,2 were great. I didn't like the 3rd one. The Lost Boys is a good time. Mandy, good. Nic Cage has a Nic Cage freakout which is awesome. Mortal Engines, I also noticed it got bad revies, but I liked it. I saw the sum of all fears, but don't remember it. I remember that I don't remember what happened in it. I have only seen the Godfather part 1 I never saw Lala land and a whole bunch of others you said. I have it, but haven't seen the color of money, escape from NY.
Taxi Driver, good. Thor, good. Top gun Maverick, yes I also think its better than the first one, but I like the first one cause it was in the 80's. Train from Busan I just saw last Halloween hearing it was a great movie and it was. Then this year I saw the sequel which was also good. Venom 2 kind of sucked.
