I don't know why I assumed that expecting a correct ALS protocol in a video on NTS was a given. Apart from the NTS, this was traumatizing to watch. Love the work by the simulators in terms of the NTS. Would really appreciate a disclaimer at the very start, that the rest of the ALS protocol in this video is not correct and has many errors so please only watch for the NTS part. I literally got a cardiac arrest from watching the nurses chest compressions 😭😭😭
Muchos errores, como la gran pausa inicial en el no reconocimiento dela periparada o PCR (arrest), mantenerse en la VVP, NO comunicar ni llamar al Quico de llamada, o equipo de parada, si no que fueron llegando uno a uno, no supo los nombres y se mantuvo ocupado sin liderar las actividades, pues no se ajustaron al monitorícelo y el DEA llegó algo tarde, en este sentido, se detuvieron las compresiones mientras se instalaban los “parches”, eso es incorrecto, etc.
