Even at this higher price point, there are buyers who would have purchased the home with the safe/vault in place. You know this to be true better than anyone. I hope you are getting fully reimbursed by the demo company for all expenses related to the damage they caused. It is clearly 100% their fault, and they shouldn't be allowed to just walk away, off to destroy another home with no consequences.
