Oswald acted alone, thought he had been set up. Which is where the "Patsy" comes from and yes he was silenced because of what Oswald saw from the sixth floor window. @@alwagner9722 -- There were 3 shots in 6 seconds. Oswald had the rifle cocked with a round in the chamber by the time JFK rounded the corner. He aimed in on his target and pulled the trigger. That was the 1st shot. It's at that precise second that the 6 seconds begin. He only has 2 more rounds to fire over those 6 seconds, not 3 rounds. He cocks the rifle again, aims, and fires the 2nd round. He cocks again, aims, and fires the 3rd round. At that precise instant, the 6 seconds end. Most people say to themselves, "In 6 seconds he had to cock, aim, and fire the rifle 3 times during those 6 seconds." No, he didn't. He had to cock, aim, and fire 2 times. I was in the Marines from 1964 to 1968. I trained and qualified at the rifle range with the M-14, which fired in the semiautomatic mode. Oswald had a bolt action rifle that, like the M-14, was a fairly high powered rifle. It had recoil so after each shot he needed about a second to get the rifle scope cross hairs back on target. It was definitely possible for him to fire off 3 rounds in 6 seconds. After I left the Corps I bought a Mauser bolt action rifle. I took it to a rifle range near Salt Lake City and duplicated what Oswald did. Using the same scenario as I described above, I hit a stationary target 3 times in 6 seconds. Don't tell me it's not possible.

Ruby is a fascinating person. His mob connections are indisputable. He was an FBI informant. And all three agencies including the CIA and Secret Service were aware of Oswald and yet no one thought they should tail him on the day of the parade or have the windows shut on the parade route at the most obvious point. Either they are incompetent or corrupt. Your choice. I think a little of both. But Ruby? He practically spent the weekend at the police station and everyone there knew him. They knew he was a pimp and part of the mob, and yet they didn't even try to stop him. Actually, they enabled his opportunity. Having the entire exchange covered by dozens of media figures? A wide-open garage? with 50 people or more there? Unforgivable. They have no credibility whatsoever.

      How does a conspiracy know:
      - Oswald will immediately flee the TSBD

      - Oswald owns a revolver
      - exactly where the revolver is
      - Oswald will definitely go specifically to Oak Cliff
      - a cop will be killed at 10th and Patton at exactly the right moment for Oswald to get blamed for it
      - the cop won't simply outdraw and capture his attacker

No there isn't. There are two photos that I know of which have been mistakenly claimed to show Oswald. The Altgens photo is one of them, and the man shown in that photo who has been most frequently claimed to be Oswald was irrefutably proven way back in the 1970s to have actually been Billy Lovelady. Josey Wailer, There you have it! Nice to see someone else that sees that connection. By signing executive order 11110 JFK actually did have several hundred thousand dollars worth of REAL US currency printed, backed by gold and silver. I Actually remember looking at one as a child of 7-8 and noticing that where it now says "Federal Reserve Note" it said "Silver Certificate" and asking my father what that meant. Also the little stamped insignia was red not green. Yeah JFK pissed off a lot of powerful people, CIA, the Mob to name a couple but few people connect the dots to the FED and the private bankers that own it. If Kennedy was allowed to continue printing real interest free money (the way it's supposed to be) it would have eventually knocked the Federal Reserve scam out of business. I believe it's by design that nobody even knows about that pesky little fact. They want everyone pointing fingers at the Mob or CIA or Hoover's FBI, or LBJ as a distraction. I think he was wondering why his handlers hadn't cleared the whole matter up already behind closed doors. So when he said, "I'm just a patsy", I believe he misspoke. I believe that when he went to Russia the government sent him over there and when he was a marine Oswald was taught the Russian language they wouldn't do that unless they were training you for a job! I firmly believe that after the Marines Oswald started working for the CIA and maybe he was part of the assignation of Kennedy but the man that really shot Kennedy was standing in the grassy knoll area and maybe only Oswald knew who the man was And that's why they silenced him for forever

Without a DOUBT, we NOW know, LHO WAS a CIA asset; BEFORE he "defected"-- go find my response above, regarding the question of Roy Truly and the police officer. I think you also posted a reply there. Was LHO ONE of the shooters? No. Why? Because as Mark Lane said in this video clip (which is the first time I SAW it), the paraffin/GSR test on Oswald was "negative". LHO, true to his statement, "...didn't shoot anybody". Given LHOs level of competence in shooting (barely qualifying) with a SUPERIOR semi-auto rifle [the M1 Garand], shooting at STATIC targets, shooting at a MOVING target, with an old [20+years], Italian, MilSurp, BOLT-ACTION rifle, and HITTING anything would be like shooting at the moon. And as Jim Garrison wrote in his book, "Those who would kill the king, MUST...NOT...MISS." Nobody running such an op, would jeopardize the success of the mission, by 1/3; failure is NOT an option. It's real easy to blame a deadman. And then the CIA uses cancer, to kill Ruby, inside the jail. Read the books "Dr Mary's Monkeys", and Judyth Vary Baker's, "Lee an Me". Foreword is written by Jim Marrs ("Crossfire", one of the two books Oliver Stone used for his JFK movie). LBJ was not the planner, and probably didn't know, until the day before, when he had dinner at a TX oil man's home, named Clint Murcheson. Nixon was there, as was J.E. Hoover; according to the domestic help at the time. LBJ was relied upon for the cover-up, AFTER the fact, as HE was the one who appointed the members of the Warren Commission. I saw a meticulously researched documentary on British TV some 7 or 8 years back. The maker had high resolution audio analysis which discerned the number of shots, I THINK, it was 3, In 6 seconds? Anyhow, He then hired the current best USA competition rifle marksmen, equipped them with the exact model of rifle said to be the 1 used by Oswald. None of them got anywhere close to the number of shots in that timescale due to the reloading and refocusing accuracy required. It concluded that all the shots came from more than 1 source.
Further research demonstrated the 1st shot hit the tarmac, the 2nd entered the car and struck an official and exited his arm at the elbow. The 3rd shot hit Kennedy's head from behind. The documentary maker interviewed and analysed film of including the pathologist at the establishment Kennedy was rushed to. The pathology lab man said a lot of brain was still within the shattered skull, it had lots of fragments of what in his experience were DumDum bullets. Then, Secret Service agents burst into the lab and removed him from the scene. When he was allowed back in, Kennedy's brain had been removed, but he noticed there were still some bullet fragments in the skull.
Oswalds rifle did not have that type of bullet according to the shells found at his position.
It was possited that only Secret Service personnel were routinely armed with that type of ammunition.
The pathology lab man surmised the brain removal was to cover up the presence of DumDum bullet fragments.
Further analysis of film footage of the scene, showed Secret Service agents piling out of the following security limo when the shooting started. A discharge of a weapon by one of the egressing agents was clearly seen. That is what it was said, struck Kennedy's head, killing him.
It was subsequently found, that the agent had not had the safety catch engaged on his weapon, which ACCIDENTALLY discharged and by a fluke the bullet hit Kennedy.
The agent who fired the fatal accidental shot was named in the documentary, but I cannot remember his name. He was removed from Secret Service duties and demoted to Traffic duties until his retirement.
Thus it was said, the Secret Service knew it was a terrible accident and an immediate cover up to remove/ change/fabricate evidence was enacted to prevent loss of face and confidence.
This documentary was shown on British TV ,Channel 4 in ???? 2013 14 15 16. Don't recall exactly which of those years. It may be possible to find the documentary online?

Oswald was already aware that he was a dead man walking...That's why he cried out, "I'M JUST A PATSY" . Most people would have said , I'm innocent, I didn't do this, but Oswald specifically said he was a Patsy because when he realized it was him , and only him, that was going down for the assassination , he knew he wasn't long for this world . I think it even surprised Oswald how quickly THEY had gotten to him ...But it had to be quick, VERY QUICK, in order to assure that no one else would be implicated in the assassination . THEY succeeded MAGNIFICENTLY , which is a clear sign that people in power were behind it all. Oswald saying that he was a patsy , Ruby saying that he wanted to be taken to Washington to reveal things....These were CLUES that much more went on here than what the public was being told ...Strange that nobody was listening.

There are no doubt multiple theories about the shooting, but I'm beginning to see sense in the idea that it was all staged, just like the movie North By Northwest in the cafeteria of Mount Rushmore. It's too convenient to have all those cameras rolling in front of the actual shooting, and yet it's unclear who did the shooting, because everyone is rushed away the moment it's over. I have a theory that the CIA / FBI didn't like Oswald being held in custody by the Dallas Police, and putting pressure on him to confess, and even hitting them. So they staged the shooting, and might even have used blanks, because they put a dark sweater on Oswald to hide the absense of blood.

Ruby made trips to New Orleans and had meetings with Carlos Marcello crime family and Oswald’s family members had connections to Carlos.

The fact that the Dallas police interrogated Oswald and there is not one minute of that recorded screams of cover up.
You have the crime of the century, you supposedly have the killer in a room with you (or if you like, the accused) and they tell us that it wasn't recorded?
And how could a newspaper print a story the next day the stated Oswald was the assassin. Newspapers have to print late in the day for the next day edition. So in less than 8 hours, newspapers had the story as Oswald was already guilty?
Boy, that was one hell of a fast investigation. And a Dallas police officer said that a call came in to the station on Saturday night where a man warned about Oswald's safety on Sunday and to take extra precautions. Which they did not do.
Anyone could have walked in there and shot everyone it was so botched, almost as if it were being allowed to happen.

Oh, you didn't know that it was extremely uncommon for police departments to record interrogations in 1963 and that there were still many police departments in the U.S. which were not recording interrogations as late as two decades after the assassination? In fact, in Texas no police department in the entire state was recording interrogations until 1992.

More to the point, what planet are YOU from? You are pretending that I haven't already told you that in the United States, which is located in this planet which is called "Earth," it was extremely uncommon, almost unheard-of, for police departments to make audio recordings interrogations. And since it was extremely rare, quite obviously it would not have yet been standard practice for such audio recordings to be admissible in court or to even be attempted to submit as evidence in a criminal trial. And plenty of real murderers had been convicted in Texas prior to the assassination without audio recordings of interrogations being submitted as evidence.
"Crime of the decade but hey, let's not keep any records of what the possible killer might say."
Records can be kept in other ways besides audio recordings. Admittedly Fritz only made notes after the fact, but he was hardly the only person present during at least substantial parts of the interrogations. Thomas Kelley, Harry Holmes, James Bookhout, James Hosty, and quite a few other people were present for either most of the interrogations, or at least parts of them. I suppose you could argue that all or some of them were lying when they stated their recollections of what was said, but that would be difficult to prove in all cases, and on at least some points multiple witnesses corroborated each other on what was said. And I remind you that even today, in 2022, witness recollections of what a defendant said are still often considered admissible in court.

I merely pointed out, correctly and truthfully, that it was almost unheard of for police departments in the United States to record interrogations back then, even in the context of the most high-profile crimes. In fact, it was still uncommon for police departments to record interrogations even three decades after the assassination. And I notice that you have posted no evidence that anything I said is incorrect.
