Just Beautiful!! Always loved the T6. If you can fly this airplane sucessfully and properly, you can fly any aircraft there is. That's just a cold hard fact!!
Thanks Paul, I'm really hoping to get back t some aircraft in a bit. I'm working on some Star Trek Models and not having the most fun with them at the moment.
I always get excited when I see a pilot in a kit. It’s like getting the toy at the bottom of the cerial box. Beautiful work. You are the Van Gogh of the modelling world.
Thanks Ron :) I'm excited for the day my brother get's a 3D printer, as I'd like to use more pilots with the models, but they all look too uniform, and I'd like to have more variety.
Thanks Brian, I wish I had gotten it a bit thinner on the cowling, but hey I'll save that for next time. Well, if I had a Chipmunk I'ld build it for you, but I haven't come across one, Airfix aren't exporting much at the moment.
Excellent work! It is indeed a very nice plane and the colors/markings that you chose are very ice. Congrats and thanks for sharing. Keep up the good work.
Thanks Dean :) I really love a lot of these older Revell Monogram kits, as they remind me of when I was a kid building these with my Dad. Most of them are still good quality models
April has been great and greatly disappointing. But the good news is that my Dad is one step closer to getting his hip surgery, they said sometime in the late summer.
Very excellent work. I love it. Believe it or not Yugoslav air force had these airplanes as well. I have the decals as well of the mentioned air force. If you are interested, you can see it on one of my updates as well.
Awesome work. How many of us had our 1st 1/48 experience with a Monogram kit? Mine was the White Box edition of the Vought Corsair. Monogram was ahead of their time. Thanks for bringing back some great memories.
Thanks Mike, for me it was the Monogram 1:48 Memphis Belle that I built with my Dad when I was 5. My job was to find the parts that he needed, and it's cemented a fondness with this company that I can't ever shake. Building this kit was so much fun.
You make it look so easy. ;) A fantastic build. I hope you get to make another video showing how you made those seat belts (the lost footage you mentioned). Thanks for sharing.
I hope to as well. My problem was I recorded it on a piece of glass that I use for cutting tape, and the light reflection make things distorted on the camera. I'm thinking of just doing a separate video on the belts. This way I could devote more time to properly explaining how I made them, rather than a 40-second video.
My Uncle John Burnham flew as a trainee in one. He pranged his kite in training and washed out of pilot training due to the resulting head injury but later served as a bomb aimer and instructor with the CATP.
Flawless yellow. Got to love those vibrant interwar / trainer type schemes- I'm terrified to try painting them though! I'm also impressed how smooth you were able to lay out your semigloss coat- what ratio / pressure were you running? I am sick of having such awful results with my final clearcoats.
Thanks TWA, I've got to admit it was a tough one to get a balanced coat with, especially on the canopy parts, hence the build up. But since then I've learned a lot and I hope to apply this knowledge to fute car builds. I think it comes down to the Laquer-Retarder that I use, and I thinned the semi-gloss about 50-50, at my standard pressure around 20 PSI.
I know it's a good morning when I can have coffee and watch one of your build videos! Great looking plane!
Thank you very much, I'm glad you had a good morning :)
Most excellent. Yellow is always difficult to work with....
That's a masterful build on an old kit. It has inspired me to tackle a project started a while back. Thanks for sharing.

Beautiful. I was want to build models when I watch your videos. So inspirational!

Always refreshing to watch one of your builds. Fabulous results. Bravo 👏👏👏👍☕️☕️🤝🎨🎨.
Best wishes.

Excellent video & job building and painting and detailing your Royal Canadian Air Force Harvard trainer too!
I like this plane aircraft model. Fantastic.
I love the T-6 too also Israeli Air Force IDF nice aircraft. Besides the Korean Air Force too.
Beautifully done great tribute to the RCAF hoped Sarah liked it .
Always a pleasure to watch your construction of a kit, you make it look easy, but that is down to your skill levels. Well done and keep them coming.
Nice Job on Your Model Harvard..👏🏻👏🏻🤗
This one stands up really weel to close camera scrunity. Nice job!
Jared another fine work, the chipping is so subtle it looks authentic. I'd like to see you do an airfix chipmunk
Thanks Brian, I wish I had gotten it a bit thinner on the cowling, but hey I'll save that for next time. Well, if I had a Chipmunk I'ld build it for you, but I haven't come across one, Airfix aren't exporting much at the moment.
Harvards are one of my favourites. Nice video 👍

Thanks for wartching :) I was really excited when I got this decal sheet that I could build up this model, I really like the color on it as well.
Nice build, from a fellow Canadian Judy!
Very nice you did a lovely job, the weathering is perfect.
Thanks Eddie, I had based some of the weathering off of a real Harvard I'd seen in a museum :)
Fantastic work Jared, you really made this old kit shine.
Thanks Dean :) I really love a lot of these older Revell Monogram kits, as they remind me of when I was a kid building these with my Dad. Most of them are still good quality models
Very nice job!
Another fantastic job Jared. Hope all is well.

Splendid work! This is the way. ;-D
Well done.

Good job sir. The model looks great.
Estoy montando un T6 español, y las técnicas usadas en este modelo me servirán de ejemplo.
Muchas gracias por compartir!!
Excellent work!
beautiful subject very well executed, lovely result! 🍬
Beautiful miniature. I really like it.
Thank you, I'm glad :)

Wonderful
Thank you I enjoyed that very much . Steve U.K.
Thanks for watching, I'm glad you liked it :)
the t6 was the texan, the us navy called the t6 the snj..the harvard was the rcaf name for the t6.
Dirty, but beautiful.
Yet again your skills put me to shame. I think your just showing off now
