I liked Chiquita from the first time I saw it. And now it's always Chiquita. I'm depressed. But looking at her, I laugh and am very happy. I want to have a daughter like this. She's like the vitamin of the group. Thanks for the reaction.❤❤

You will find those live performance video in YG's Official Channel. Ahyeon & Haram are the most capable vocalist of the Group so I would suggest you to watch the "Last Evaluation" Series to know better about them. There are 8 Episodes & 18-20 minutes each one.

Chiquitas mom is around my age, I believe she's 40... I'm 41. My daughter was also born in 2009 like Chiquita 😅 so it's really weird to see someone the same age as my daughter doing this 😂 it also makes me feel very protective of her, and the other girls of course since theyre all so young.

as for group with many members, they can have 2-3 main vocals just like with treasure so i assume the main are Rami, Ahyeon, and Rora

Matnae is the combination of mat-unnie and maknae. So, it’s the slang for “ fake maknae” since Ruka is the oldest.

Just a little FYI.. YG has always allowed or encourages their artists or trainees to compose their own music and write lyrics. Current and former YG artists like SECHSKIES, BIG BANG, 2NE1, AKMU, WINNER, and IKON are known for being really talented composers/producers..even BLACKPINK members dabbled in writing their own lyrics or raps.
I love all of them but Ruka hits different for me. I instantly liked her personality and her character and Haram is my fav vocalist in the group

And we share similar bias lines LOL! From day 1 , I was drawn to Ruka, Asa, and Haram. I don’t know why, but I found myself just rooting and only looking at those 3. I mean don’t get me wrong all 7 girls are amazingly talented and have great personalities. Chiquita is literally a ray of sunshine and so talented at only 14. Pharita has such a clear, mature, and unique vocals + visuals + English speaker. Ahyeon is a legit stunner and all rounder! Rora has such a soulful voice for her age + she’s also considered an all rounder too.
Just like you, Ruka instantly caught my attention and heart. Maybe because she is the eldest and was the first to join the BABYMONSTER project in May 2018. The fact that she loved and started dancing at age 6 reminded me of myself.. maybe that’s why I feel so connected to her. The way she wanted to make her mom proud and that the sacrifices her mom/family did for her to achieve her dream hits home. Imagine sending your 15/16 year old daughter to another country and she was not fluent in Korean at that time. It must have been weird and scary for Ruka, but as we saw she adjusted well and her Korean is really good now. I just see that she’s passionate, hard working, and she has that AURA..that look when she’s on stage or performing. You can’t look away from her and that is POWERFUL! Her stage presence is top tier and I love her rap flow too and she is the low tone rapper of BABYMONSTER. Also, she is the member that exudes YG style and image. That confidence, fire, and ability to hype up a crowd. She also is very talented and capable in composing music and writing her own raps. Also, she doesn’t sing that much, but when she does she has slight huskiness in her vocals and it’s super pretty. I love love love Ruka so much!
Asa is in the same boat as Ruka, so passionate about music and performing. I love how Asa just wants to grow and learn in everything she puts her mind to, like perfecting her Korean or working on her own songs. I feel like she’s going to be a future composer/producer alongside Ruka for BABYMONSTER. She’s also such a strong dancer and her vocals is really good too. BABYMONSTER ACE for real! I love the contrast in her rapping tone compared to Ruka..she’s high tone + spitfire kind of flow. She’s sooo talented!
Last, but definitely not least my superstar Haram! My gosh her vocals is so charming and I just love how she always talks about growth and improving. She’s very endearing young lady and has so much potential to be one this generations strongest female vocalists. That’s how strong and unique her vocals are and I love her newfound confidence throughout their “Last Evaluation” journey.. she doubts her talent a lot and to see her just overcome that and shine.. I’m like that’s MY GIRL!! you’re a queen!
Thanks for the comment and info. I agree with what you said about Ruka and Asa, especially about Asa becoming a future composer/producer. I got a snippet of her composing skills in this video and you could really see the dedication. For Haram, I was drawn by the growth. I love it when hard work pays off and you can see it clearly with her. Can't wait to watch the Last Evaluation videos and discover more about these 7 gems.
@@CantbemiiReacts I would love to see a Ruka x Asa aka rapper sub-unit in the future. I really like their dynamics and the they sound good together too + pretty vocals + 2 best/strongest dancers (Lee Jung said this) in the group.

Rora’s real name is Lee Dain. You can make it out on her name tag during her auditions ( if you can read Hangul). And occasionally you can hear some of the other girls call her Dain in the background of some clips.

Edit- It's not in new era that YG artists are encouraged to write, produce, compose songs... Actually YG (BigBang) was the one who started this way back in 2006. They moved away from it in 3rd gen for some dumb reasons (that too is unclear as many producer and writer said that YG idols actually participated in song making but YG didn't gave them credits)
Really? Why wouldn't they give them their credits, that's not fair. It seems I've had a clouded impression of YG (the person) for the longest time. Now seeing him in a new light! Thanks for watching.
@@CantbemiiReactsNo you're not wrong in judging him in that way... He's pretty damn strict to his trainees, BUT it's for their own benifit. Do you know that in whole k-pop industry YG trainees... I repeat not only idols but TRAINEES are regarded very very highly in all the agencies? There's a reason for that, YG himself.
Also, for not giving credits to artist thing, this is just my guess but I think when YG (YHS) was in control of the company he gave all the freedom to his idols to become "artists" and gave them credits as well I mean even blackpink got some credits in their rookie years, but when he stepped down from company, new CEO stopped giving credits to YG idols. Now that he's back, we can see all his idols getting credited again, like rosé, jennie for yeah yeah yeah, treasure members for almost full "reboot" album. And that's exactly why I like him, even though he's very annoying sometimes, but he knows how to take care of his idols.

True, especially for Bigbang and Akmu. I feel like for Winner and Ikon only certain members had that privilege. That's how it seemed but maybe they were the only ones that showed interest or I could be completely wrong. Either way, thanks for watching and thanks for the info.
