    Abraham is right, our bodies are amazing chemical factories. My body can produce 10,000 calories worth of fat from only a 2,000 calorie intake from food. Incredible really.

    I would like to know - if right now I am not able to feel GOOD about a certain food - in other words there is so much guilt, frustration, shame, the past I have binged or over-eaten - isn't it best to let that food go now? Because If I keep consuming a food with negative emotion - that's not going to help me in any way right?
    Similarly, if I eat something that I genuinely like, makes me happy, and I DONT feel guilt - I think I ought to eat more and more of that? Thank you so much lovely souls!

    Can anyone help me with - I just learned about all of this. I also bought the medical mediums books about what’s good for your body. He hears from a guide as well. I kinda stressed out after reading all his books and figuring out what to eat- then I felt my spirit say- don’t obsess just take a break and enjoy food (I do eat 90%vegan) then I found Abraham Hicks recently. So now I’m applying this. But do I dismiss all of the Medical Medium?

      Keep it simple just follow your own instincts but get in alignment first. And listen to the video a few times the answer is there! Hope that helps :)

      I am right here for the exact same reason! I’m drawn to his teachings but hearing about all the poisons in us and around us leaves me feeling somewhat neurotic

      Abraham and others teach that you experience the effect you choose to believe in; so if you believe something is bad for you, or good for you- it’s your BELIEF that manifests/affects you. It isn’t unhealthy food that is making your body overweight (as an example), it’s your belief that you eat unhealthily- and that that leads to being overweight- that is. It’s always your belief, that manifests as your experience. Tell the story you want to experience and do what you can in alignment with that :)

      Most would not be able to, because they’ve been taught the belief they will die without outward sustenance, and so their belief in that would create that effect. Of course death is just an illusion, so the right way to put it is you would create the effect your physical form had died of starvation because you had been taught and chose to adopt the belief, that it would. Nothing is real except what we decide is so and thus create (as the manifested ‘reflection’ of our energy), but when someone has already done that, they call it ‘proof’ that ‘it’s real’ when it’s only real because they focused on it without resistance and so it manifested. The same can be ‘true’ of anything. Everything is potentially real for you, if you tune yourself to believing in it without resistance then it will manifest as your experience and then people will see ‘it’s possible’ after all.

      You want to get your cells to a point where they are naturally craving the type of food that is going to feel good to your body, therefore providing the right nourishment you need. In other words, before you eat anything, ask your inner self “What do I need right now?” Your body will answer.
