You should try to read it this way...
BU = BOO! (Filipinos speak hard "u")
LA = LA (as is)
LO = LAW (read it in english)
BOO-LA-LAW = read it as fast as you can and I'm sure you'll get the right pronunciation of the word. Hope you appreciate this one ☺
