It was a good yoga session rreally worked my body. However, i did not know when you were going into the next move, had to keep stopping and looking at the laptop which was a distraction for me.

this was a great video. this is the first time that I've ever done yoga. I plan on studying Egyptian yoga and practicing daily. what book would you suggest I start with?

You need more instructions. Beginners can't follow along if they constantly gave to stop and watch the next step.
