The exterior of this house looks beautiful, those snowy mountains are giving me serious Skyhold vibes. Just been reading the patch notes and it's interesting that for this house it says that it can be 'acquired' sometime next year, whereas for the Mines house it says it will be available for purchase later. Makes me wonder if this house will be part of some event, maybe one to wrap up the 10 year anniversary celebration, if so that would be very cool.
This house has some unique banners and other items themed around the '10 Years Anniversary,' so I hope it's going to be a free house for celebration or event kinda, woud be nice

From what insane mind did this house come?! Like, I don't think the word big is enough as an adjective; is insanely gigantic and 700 furnishing slots aren't enough to do something with the whole space and as always we will have to choose in what part of the lot we wanna do our project. It has a lot of potential to do some beautiful gardens but also to make an even bigger and magical gallery. They should be ashamed of giving this kind of home without the proper amount of furnishing slots.
I WAS excited when I heard about this place. I thought, wow I can finally do a proper museum. Unfortunately, now that I've seen it I will be passing on yet another one. It's just another giant dirty home that would be a nightmare to decorate with only 700 slots. In typical ESO style, the place just looks dirty and neglected.. To clean it up by fixing up the walls, floors and grassy areas would take up a massive number of slots. As usual, t could have been so much better. Why do they always have to be dirty, neglected and filled with needless things. Just give us a clean empty shell that we can let our imaginations run wild with. What are they thinking. So disappointing.
Zos is trying to make these buildings look old, aged but as some have commented, they end up looking dirty and a bit depressing. I personally still think this building has potential. Great vid as usual thank you Futerko
It is a bit time worn but I don't think it looks nearly as battered as so many others. While the grey stone makes things look a bit more dingy, I believe the right lighting and tapestries can perk it up a bit. I adore the indoor rotunda garden and the outdoor views are amazing. If there was one thing I would want to change more than anything else, I think the garden area at 6:50 should have been a pool so you could set up a nice lounging area in the surrounding colonnade.

As always, thank you so much for the absolutely stellar overview of this magnificent house, Futerko ^^ And the chosen soundtrack was so well-matching and so good! I personally am super excited for this monument of a house - not only is it a perfect place for all the achievement (and other) collectors out there but it truly feels like the 10th anniversary house, love it! The fact that it’s in Skyrim and is surrounded by picturesque mountain scenery is an added bonus :) I personally prefer spooky houses and those in the various realms of Oblivion but this one… this one is a must-have in my opinion :D

No, in the patch notes they stated that this house can be acquired sometime next year (2025). The house you are referring to is already in the live server on west weald, is a much smaller version of this house.

It is a larger size of the Haven of the Five Companions. I bet I will skip this one since it is too large to decorate and I particularly dislike the filthy floor tiles
I wish they would give us empty plots of land :c Hard pass on this house. It's surrounded by gorgeous alpine biome, but... waste of item slots to hide everything that is Imperial style. Maybe one day ESO will give me an empty plot of alpine lands to buy 😔
ESO should have Guild Halls like other MMOs not just somebodies house - Maybe let guilds buy houses with guild funds and these huge homes would be perfect for Guild Halls!
The people saying this is too big for 700 slots. You are doing housing wrong. Block off the parts of the house you are less interested in. Spend maybe 20 slots doing so. Make the space smaller. Congrats you now have 680 slots for a 400 space house.

Why do I get a notion it's gonna be West Weald celebratory event community challenge reward (akin to Grand Psijic way before)? 😅 Or just wishful thinking? 🤤

Thanks for the showing. I'll be avoiding this one. It's far too big for only 700 slots. I'm also not a huge fan of the architectural style.
