I especially love the clear tone of Manibol and appreciate the simplicity of the sound that can be used with meditation.
It uses an old Himalayan singing bowl, known as the Mani Bowl, which is also called the Elephant Bowl because its shape resembles an elephant's foot. The word 'mani' means jewel in Sanskrit, and it is also jewel-like with its clear, pure sound. "It originated in Baharampur, India and makes a louder sound than a regular bowl." Frank Perry.

meditation instructions
Find a safe and comfortable place to sit and listen to sounds using headphones or good quality speakers.
Sit in a good position and stretch your back and feel supported on the chair and floor.
Place your hands above your knees, touch your index finger and thumb, and open the other three fingers
Close your eyes when you're ready.
Inhale and exhale, notice the body moving up and down naturally, and feel the body moving in a familiar rhythm as you breathe in and out
If you felt anxious, exhale long and breathe in until you count to four, exhale until you count to two, exhale until you count to seven, repeat three times, and return to your normal breathing style.
Now I'm starting to feel more relaxed as I breathe. I pay attention to sounds and listen to different harmonics
When you are distracted by thoughts or external sounds for any reason, focus on your body's breathing again. When you feel the rise and fall of your familiar body and calm down, turn your attention to the sound of the bowl
When meditation is over, take a moment to focus on how you feel, notice your thoughts or body vibes, and then slowly rub your hands gently, lift your arms above your head to stretch, do whatever you need to fully return to space, and drink water
