Thanks mate absolutely brilliant.. I doing my headliner and I managed to get the shade out but was a nightmare I broke the slider guides.. was stressing how to get back.. so nw hopefully I can do it from the top
After messing around with the sunroof, two little foam cubes came out of nowhere. I think they’re for sound absorption, but I don’t know where they came from. Do you happen to know by chance?

Did you ever discover what that metal bar is for? My 2003 is banging around and that metal bar is the exact problem.
Oh my god yes! It acts like a drain gutter and routes water to the side where the drain is, without it water comes in through the sunroof.
