I found that the video totally understates the difficulty in removing the bolts inside the wheel wells. They are not visible, were totally corroded and had barely enough clearance for a ratchet-I suspect that Toyota intends you remove the entire bumper cover, to access them. After many cuts on my hands, I ended up braking the supports off the old light assemblies and cutting the bolts off with an oscillating saw. I was not able to get new bolts to line up inside the wheel wells, and with the bumper cover in place, there is no way to both move the lamp to line up the bolt and to hold the bolt. But, the other bolts seem to hold the assemblies in place, until some day when I have to remove the front bumper cover.
