My favorite part about Belmont is that it has something for all skill levels. It was nice meeting you and I appreciate you humoring my inquisitive 9y/o. He was stoked when I showed him this.
im moving to that general area in a couple months and this just showed up my feed. Gonna have to make the trek for Sunday funday! Great content. I agree that the curved ledge so close to the bowl was a bad idea.
There was a park a LOT like this one that was made just a few years ago in Fayetteville NC. Like they finished it right before COVID hit. Guess the same builders made them, but it is a bit bigger so not as cramped IMO.
@@KendallBertaux1 5' is a decent size for a mini-ramp but not conducive for learning tricks as a beginner. I just wished every skatepark would have a standard 3.5' mini. I've been skating for 25+ years. 3.5" mini is perfect for learning new tricks without getting served
@@76tigga I completely agree. Transition scares me and I'm not great at it so a smaller mini would be perfect to learn on. The mini ramp might be too big but there is a 3 foot quarter in the run up to the stairs which would be perfect to learn on.
I like when creators do overhead tours of parks. Really shows the realtime feel of the park. Thanks
So helpful to have someone giving tours of parks in this region. Thanks!
Glad I could help!

Gonna check it out on Sunday!
I've skated Belmont once and I had the same gripe about the street section. It's way too cramped when you drop in.

I’m calling it now, you’re gonna be the next big skate TH-camr. Love the content, your chill attitude, and the skating!
I second that! He's great at what he does🙏
Thank you!
This is not charlotte! Stop calling belmont charlotte 🤣🤣🤣
Idk how to break it to you man but Belmont is a neighbor inside Charlotte lol
@@KendallBertaux1 idk how to break it to you but Belmont is Gaston county, not Mecklenburg.
Cool man! I live not to far from there.. hope to see you there sometime
Going to check it out tomorrow! 👊🔥🤘

I really want to check out that park in Fayetteville. It looks pretty good!
You should come review mount airy skatepark
Mount Airy is on my list of future tours. I’ve seen some photos of it and it looks pretty cool.
Alamosa Co. Shirt love.
Man, is the shallow end of that bowl anywhere near as mellow as it looks on camera?
Compared to other bowls I’ve seen this one is much mellower. This is the first bowl I’ve dropped in on.
how tall is the mini-ramp?
It's probably about 5 feet tall.

Wax time.
to be fair, the stairs were not nearly 4 feet long each :P cool vid tho
Yeah you're right. 4 feet was bit of an exaggeration lol
