As a Niner fan who grew up in the early 2000's I have only seen my team be successful a few times mainly only in 2010-2013 and 2019. I have only seen them go to the Super Bowl twice and lose twice in my lifetime. I only know of the greats but did not grow up with the greats. We got out to support the Pitt college football team too, and they aren’t always the greatest. Also baseball has so many games in a season that missing one doesn’t matter, but football only has 16, so you bet every yinzer is clearing their weekend schedule to travel.

As a Niner fan who grew up in the early 2000's I have only seen my team be successful a few times mainly only in 2010-2013 and 2019. I have only seen them go to the Super Bowl twice and lose twice in my lifetime. I only know of the greats but did not grow up with the greats. I have yet to see them win the biggest game of the season in my lifetime
