Irony is that Rahul's second place was much more controversial but everything bouled down to Bhuwan... Which shows that how much Envy and jealousy people have towards him and no matter how gokd people become infront or on camera they always have this complex towards Bhuwan hence proved!!

why they don't pre-judge everyone with measuring tape before the show. This visual judging is inconstant. All of them turn their back for 5 sec and judge have look at all of them and then pick the best. Even difference in lighting and shadows can make the difference.

I have been weight training for 5 months,i do proper warmups before starting workout.but 2 months ago I got red coloured line on the skin of my biceps.The left one has larger line.the colour becomes darker in a workout but it does not pain.
Ustaad ji pls explain what this is and how to treat it?
(It's not a rash or any fungal infection as I take good care of hygiene)

Sir...I have one question to you...Bhuwan aurr Ali dono hi compete kiyee thee Olympia stage Mai...whi same physique ke sthh...I guess sheru classic Mai Ali ka physique thoda better side pe tha than Olympia...ye baat ko bhi side rkkhke agrr ye dekhee...ki jiss saal Erin banks champion bna...that means judging ke criterias thik waise thee..Jo bhuwan ke physique ko favour kre...then why bhuwan got placed in 3rd Call-out and Ali was placed 9th in his debue year...and the placing he got is far ahead of bhuwan🙂

Uzair bhai I have a question for you. You told in one of your old videos that if you if you are skinny fat then eat at maintenaince calories and your body weight will increase slowly. But my question is that if you will eat at maintenaince calories then your weight will not increase but muscles will grow and fat will be reduced to a limit. Please throw some light on this Uzair bhai. Much love bro
While eating at maintenance you have to ensure that you are eating required amount of protein then new muscle tissue will be developed and the weight you will gain will be pure muscle mass it's a slow process but totally worth it 👍🏻
