I applied multiple times with solid background experience and never heard back. I took the resume I made myself and paid Top Resume a couple hundred bucks to reformat it to make it past the AI screeners that most of the big companies now use to pre screen them before an actual person looks at them. Received a response back for the position I applied for in Pittston that they will hold it for review for the next hiring phase in September and heard back, phone interviewed and have a live interview next week for the plant in Middletown NY. Try to find someone or hire a company that formats resumes and give it another shot...don’t know if I have the job, but at least finally got a response👍🏻

If you don’t want to hire anyone who is or was in the Union and are closing your company and opening another one just tell them the truth and stop lying to your employees. Even those who were never in the Union applied and haven’t been hired even if they have been working with Ball/Rexam for many many years. Stop playing games with people
