Multumim pentru ca ne descoperi viata unei familii din Japonia. Apreciez dragostea pentru natura, preparatele mamei, longevitatea bunicilor si nu in ultimul rand dragostea cu care ne impartasesti din familia japoneza. Urmaresc imaginile si simt ca sunt acasa, pentru ca si in familia noastra este la fel. Multumesc mamei pentru retetele minunate ( 3 tipuri de crochete, preparatele de anul nou) si sunt gata sa le fac si eu. Bunica m-a bucurat si mi-a incantat sufletul cu "Rondo alla turca". 立派な牡蠣ですね。お母さんの腕にかかれば美味しい料理になり観ていて微笑みます。😊リンゴのデザート素敵、真似させていただきます。 今回もお母さんの包丁の切れ味に見惚れます。レモン搾りも種が避けれて計量できるしいいですね。 お婆様に食べ物のお裾分けって言ってもあの雪の中、 お婆様上手に冬の過ごし方をされて素敵です。 クラムチャウダーに使われているキャベツ私が住んでいる国ではサヴォイキャベツといいますが北海道ではなんと呼ばれるにですか？ ちなみにあのキャベツこっちでは妊婦さんの乳腺炎の時貼ると痛みが引くので使われています。
