Got to say the best standard balcony cabins have to be on the Sun Deck S211 to S222. You have a lovely pool opposite your cabin and few people seem to find it. There's a bar and toilets handy. Great location, surprisingly quiet.
Thank you so much for this video. I am so grateful that you showed me I can actually enjoy the food and beverages that are included in the fare without springing for the Plus or Premier packages. This helps tremendously when deciding to travel many days on a transatlantic cruise where I wouldn't be buying these packages.
Great and extremely well presented video which was so informative and useful. Thanks for all the latest up to date information about what food and drink is included in the standard fare on Princess Cruises. We are on the Sky Princess mid September 2024 so excellent to get a clear picture of everything before we board. Keep up the fantastic work! Awesome video! Best wishes from composer and creative Robert Steven Hunt.
Brilliant and exactingly helpful thank you Susan… We’ve been on SkyPrincess 5-6 times with two more booked on her and we’ve never noticed that ‘Hot-Chocolate’ machine up on the top deck… We will be certain to find it and log it into our future cruises.. Many Thanks, John Pops Hyde
@@minusmymemory Thanks for the kind words. I didn't notice that hot chocolate machine until a few days into the cruise when my friend pointed it out to me - a hidden gem. Really delicious hot chocolate too 😋
Quick comment… Only ships sailing from Southampton and on some Japanese itineraries have tea and coffee setups in the cabins. Other itineraries may have kettles available on board for guest use, but guests have to ask their steward for a kettle. And there’s no guarantee that there will be any available.
This is really helpful, we ve always upgraded to plus and are due to cruise shortly on Sky Princess. Having watched your video I may consider booking Princess standard for a future cruise. Did you have a huge bill at the end of your cruise?
@@KC-zn4uz I would definitely recommend staying on the Standard fare. At the end of the cruise, my total bill was about $430. I bought numerous drinks, 3 photos, 2 individual days of WiFi while at sea, treats from the shops & some products from the salon, all included in that $430. It was still SO much cheaper than upgrading for the whole 14-day cruise.
you can also pre order 6 cans of soft drinks for £9.56 just go onto beverages on your cruise personaliser before you sail...a can of diet coke in the bar is approx $4 so its cheaper to pre buy

Thank you we refuse to pay for extra that cost almost as much as our fare.

In the case of a surcharge does it mean it covers all the price of the food that you order or on top of the total amount? Thanks
@@chweehar It covers everything, at Alfredo's, it's $14.99 per adult, that's it, no extras. In my opinion, a bargain!
