I picked up the cheap MetaColle Eva Figures for Unit 1, Unit 2 and Unit 0 for something like 15$ and was really happy with them, but this is super cool as well! I also recently build the 1/20 scale first Mechatro, and really enjoyed it. The chrome is pretty nice even unpainted. ^.^ A part of me is really sad, though, that I won't be buying the 200 dollar NERV Leatherman, the same part of me that dies every time I see a PG Unicorn.
This is a little off-topic but I just broke a peg on one of my Gundams that's supposed to support the leg. What should I use to fix it? I have Tamiya liquid cement but I'm not sure if its strong enough

I'm not much of an anime watcher. If an anime goes viral of I find a gundam series I like I usually just watch it until the end. Would you recommend evangelion?
yes totally, its one of that classic cult. If you preference watching newer anime I would recommend the new theatrical version of the original series. Story based, this series its not action-packed anime, the story revolve around the protagonist dealing with their mental issues. Displaying one of the great mecha design ever made, this series is one to watch if you really interested in mecha.
Stepping On Legos I consider the original a materpiece but I reconize that its not for everyone. If you dont mind a slow start and psychological madness, go watch it.

Imagine an Evangelion colour scheme RX - 78.
I've seen kind of the opposite where it was an Eva with Rx-78 colours,but your idea sounds badass...maybe an idea for a custom?
Tenebra Solanum hey Optimus Prime get repainted with those colors then it should also happen to the RX-78-2
it would be nice if you could buy those plastic stacker cases so you can put all the model kits in them too and make a really nice display

Evangelion is pretty screwed up dude,but it's also really great at thought provoking. Personally it's one of my faves so I'd say give it a shot.
