I thought I would never see the 2 of you again as I gave up TV in 2008 and really don't miss most of it but I always enjoyed you both. Glad to see you on youtube as that is my TV and it is far more entertaining.
When attaching your fabric you should tack the middle of your top, bottom and slides first then do your corners, this gives your corners a more professional finish. Then just finish by stapling the rest.
You should NOT start stapling your fabric from the corners. Always start with one in the center edge, then the opposite center edge, likewise the other sides. It keeps the fabric grain straight and centered.

I miss you guys on HGTV.. I use to watch your show all the time . I'm glad I found you on you tube
I use to love watching Room by Room. Good to be able to watch these again. Thanks for posting.
I enjoyed watching your video, and the way you two work together. :)
It turned out GORGEOUS, GORGEOUS!! Thanks so much.
Hitting staples in with a hammer weakens or breaks then. Using firmer pressure on staple gun helps seat them the first time.
Looks really good! Great idea.
That is quite nice but wish you had 'shown' how you attached the completed panels to the larger board.
RobinsWillSing yes I agree. I am disappointed with that
Short screws from behind. The length has to be shorter than both pieces of wood, so you don't go through and into the fabric.

Great video and instruction. Does your bed tend to move away from the wall if you attach the headboard to the wall vs the bed? Thank you
