I grew up going to the Denton House McDonald's. Spent plenty of time inside that place. I remember when they renovated the inside for it to look like the modern McDonalds. Thanks for covering my childhood McDonald's.
Taco Bell tested their Border Bell concept in my area around 2000. It had a much more elaborate exterior and interior with a taqueria type menu of higher quality items. After a couple years it was downgraded into a regular Taco Bell. They even changed the interior decor to the standard bland. Similar thing happened to the local Starbucks Reserve which had a glorious 3 year run before reverting to a standard boring version.
About 30 miles east of the Denton House McDonald's the company had one in the classic 1950's Golden Arches style. It wasn't from that decade, if I'm not mistaken it was built in the 1980's in a retro style. It's closed now.
I love this video! That is a lot of work, to find all of those restaurants, so I say Thank You! I live in Arkansas so all we get are the “cookie cutter” fast food restaurants.

Isn't there a McDonald's in Maine that is in an old house? A McDonald's I would consider part of the rare list is the one in Mall of America. Because of soft drink exclusivity, it's the only McDonald's that sells Pepsi instead of Coke.
Denton House is a literal McMansion haha. nice video.

In terms of unusual Starbucks there’s one in Wroclaw Poland that fits into the old town exterior with the outside label being red rather than green
I had one of the worst burritos I’ve ever had at that chipotle in Boston

Taco Bell isn’t really food.
It’s unusual that people find Chipotle good. It’s so mediocre.
I guess it's ok if there aren't any other Mexican food choices but I'm lucky enough to live where there are great independent taquerias.
