Crowely pretends not to notice that a few of his ferns have inexplicably started flowering, the apple tree in the garden produces both apples and blossom all year round and that multiple different plants have leaves that are not quite the right shade of green. Anathema, who is quite knowledgeable when it comes to plants, enjoys coming over to see which plant is now a genetic impossibility.

This was brilliant and so many scenes with meaning and fond amusement at the ‘we just met/and move too fast’ also the switching back and forth between present and the garden time as well as all the different moments they have, even Nanny !!! and the Gardener and a fretting plant !! And then there is that moment where it just flicks really fast through their looks over the years to show all the time they spent together !!!!! and just the way the lyrics fit so well and how the pictures and the lyrics just match so well.
Ok this whole thing is spectacular but the bit from like 2:30 to the end? I have no words. The bit where they're dancing made me smile so hard, and "I wanna know where you hide" over Aziraphale removing Crowley's sunglasses? Genius. Poetic cinema. Made me feel too many things. 100/10
