Wow! All I can say is that you must have some really sensitive skin because even in winter the air in Chiang Mai never gets overly “dry”. Generally speaking when humidity levels drop into the 20’s or even teens then the air is considered to be very dry. Chiang Mai on the other hand averages about 55% humidity during the winter months. I’m really wondering what happens to your skin on a long flight because the cabin air on a jet airliner is only about 10 to 20 percent humidity making it extremely dry. Also, I'm guessing that you never use an air conditioner even in super hot weather as doing so would drop the room humidity down to around 40 or 50 percent even when the outdoor air is very humid. By the way, I also have very sensitive skin, only in my case it makes me hypersensitive to having sticky feeling skin when I am living in a humid environment. So, now that I live in Phuket I typically need to shower at least 2 or 3 times a day.

Chiangmai p place 5500baht per month with lcd tv,aircon, weekly cleaning if u are not fancy and u just need a place for leave your stuffs and going around :) i would recommend santitham in general especially if you dont have a motorbike yet...Bolt Taxi is 50% cheaper then Grab...
I would not bother myself with cooking, shopping, cleaining in CMX as the street food is very cheap and delicious...I was cooking in Davao Philippines almost every day,the food there is terrible haha

You are a tribute to Thailand, it's great land, and people. Congratulate the blessed man who has, or who will end up with you. God grants that man some special favor. The 1.8 million people may be too much for me in Chiang Mai, and I wonder more of a city closer to 200,000 population, but maybe I should reconsider, and just live inside a shopping district in a city like Ciang Mai. Are you straight on Chiang Mai being the most economical? Don't worry daughter, I am just an old man who loves young people, and I am seeking a warmer place for me to die. From Spokane Washington USA to Thailand maybe. Of all the orient, I believe I love Thailand the most. May God's protective blessing be upon her, and upon all her children.

Your diet is inconsistent in terms of what you aim for. Zero fat yoghurt is more unhealthy than normal yoghurt. What do you think they replace the fat with? If youre lipid-phobic with your diet, you shouldnt be eating eggs and avocados. Fat isnt unhealthy in itself (apart from a high omega 3/6 difference and trans fats from processed and fried food). It's the caloric excess in the diet that makes fat unwanted due to its caloric density.
You look healthy though (healthier than me hehe) so I'm not going to point any fingers!
