- In this video, we uncover a significant financial scam involving M/s G N Traders, led by Mr. Kashif Siddique, operating in the portfolio management services (PMS) sector. Initially reported by an investor who suffered a ₹20,000 loss and paid an additional ₹20,000 in fees, this case prompted SEBI to launch a thorough investigation.
SEBI's probe uncovered startling findings: Mr. Kashif Siddique maintained four bank accounts with a total balance of ₹1.4 crore, linked to various demat accounts handling investor funds.
As evidence mounted, including WhatsApp screenshots from affected investors, SEBI focused on banking transactions to expose the full extent of the deception.
Despite SEBI issuing a Show Cause Notice (SCN) on April 30, 2024, which was published in newspapers on June 15, 2024, Mr. Kashif Siddique did not respond or attend the scheduled personal hearing on June 25, 2024.
Based on legal precedents, SEBI proceeded ex-parte, presuming the charges against Mr. Kashif Siddique were admitted.

@SEBI, Has to bring strict rules against TH-cam Live Trading channels, because they are making profits by selling their courses, Brokerage referral income and Telegram VIP channels. Pls take action against them, because of them people are losing their hard-earned money.

Not taking scammers' side here but people should also use their common sense, that if someone tells them that they can make their money 10x in so and so time, why wouldn't they do it for themselves and become filthy rich? Bhai, mere ko aisi scheme milti to me kisi k saath share nahi karta. Udhar le leta because 10x ho he jayega paisa..., lekin kisi ko iske baare me nahi batata. To fir unko ye service de k paise lena to door ki baat hai.

@@powerwarriors69 then isn't it the job of people to at least get some basic idea how stock market works? This is why society calls stock market a gamble house, because they don't try to understand how it operates. They blindly put their money into it and when it doesn't go their way they call it unfair. They then rely on these scammers when approached and lose more money to them and cry foul. And it happens to them again and again.
If you get scammed first time then it's the scammer's fault. However, if you get scammed the second time in the same thing then it's definitely your fault and you probably deserve to get scammed because you didn't learn from it the first time....
