Thank you very much for watching.. is usually what u say.. and everytime I say Thank you very much for yet another PD simplified episode made available for us to watch... 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Shumi Sir, can we have this explained in a brief on-site as an extended practical tutorial on DIY suspension? Will serve much help. Really liked this entire series. Thanks.
Shumi, thanks a lot for what you've been doing for the community. Would it be possible for a tutorial of sorts for fitting the bike to the rider, with emphasis on after market stuff recommendations; levers, seats, risers etc?
@@shu_mar next podcast idea " how to ride bad roads without breaking bike " Like bending of rims etc as in India there are unpredictable potholes and insane speed breakers which really are insanely destructive
As you already inspire many with simplifying autonomics, suggest a video on pros n cons of 2v vs 4v with combo of SOHC vs DOHC and what would be the best combo.... specially in the Sub 500cc category single cylinder engines.... I presume the best combo will allow for better engine breathability, efficiency, less vibes and probably higher cruising speeds, closer to that engines top speed....
can u plz explain the difference between engine oil grades likes(10 w50, 20 w50) and can we use 10 w50 in our bikes instead of 20 w50 and will these grades in engine oil will makes any difference in pick of the bike.
Gas charged suspension (what you call Nitrox) adds an inert gas like Nitrogen under pressure. This pressure usually prevents the oil in the suspension from boiling/bubbling (officially cavitation) and delays the degradation in performance under hard use
Hi guys, I'm from Argentina, owner of RE Meteor 350, thinking about jump to a SM 650, however in the user grouos (facebook) I read a lot of comment abut how hard or uncomfortable is it rear suspension, some fellos recomend to change the shoks by the meteor 350, comments?, is this buzz also in India?, I don't know what to do about buyin the SM650
@@shu_mar I understand that. What I meant is, is a different compression and rebound damping possible on the same motorcycle? If yes, how? Considering the fluid and hardware is exactly the same.
Currently in very painful situation as i have to leave riding my bike to complete studies and your/pd videos keep me alive. thanks a lot ❤️

Hmmmm... on-site during C19 is hard to do, but we can certainly think about it
Oh man, was waiting eagerly for this one. Superb explanation.

Sir...

Stock is good enough! Nuff said!
If you have to choose.
Adjustable preload and rebound
Or
Adjustable preload and compression?
"Second order Linear differential Equation" is the math behind. "Nerdy Stuff" but, if you watch carefully "It is very beautiful."

How does a manufacturer achieve different compression and rebound damping?
They have adjustable suspension on their prototypes during development so they can change settings until they find the right one
@@shu_mar I understand that. What I meant is, is a different compression and rebound damping possible on the same motorcycle?
If yes, how? Considering the fluid and hardware is exactly the same.
