If not, I'm so sorry (I am terrible with names), but if you were part of the panel, thank you so much for sharing your opinions and knowledge. Like I said in the video, my familiarity with vintage pens is pretty much non-existent, but the panel really helped me feel a little better about diving in and exploring the vintage world.

Meeting you early Thursday morning seriously helped my anxiety ratchet down. I was so worried I wouldn't know anyone and that I'd just get totally lost in the crowd, but you were so lovely even though it was so crazy at barely 8AM. It was wonderful to get to spend some time with you, and I'm definitely looking forward to next year already.

I'm kind of all over the place with reading habits - a healthy smattering of fantasy, some science fiction, some horror, a chunk of Japanese lit, a little bit of romance...I have no consistency whatsoever. But that also makes me a good person to come to when looking for recs - regardless of genre, I probably have a current favorite title. :)

I saw the line to get in on Saturday- It went all the way the Starbucks 😂 they had to move the registration away from the calligraphy table. It was insane but so worth it.
It's a commissioned Onslow from @walltownpens using his house-poured Paua Abalone for the main body and cap. I'm trying to decide if I want to go to the Ohio Pen Show as it's in my area, but I'm kinda scared. I don't know anyone in the hobby, and I feel like I'd be intimidated by the vendors. Are you allowed to try out pens if you don't buy them? I really don't know how it works!
You should totally go! I'll be going to the early bird part on Friday, and I've been two times before. Always a great time. It's a much smaller event than SF, and the vendors I've dealt with there are so nice. Plus, Richard Binder will be there, and he's an amazing nibsmith. Different vendors will allow different things, but definitely be comfortable asking. In my experience, they almost always allow a little testing.
I had so so so so much fun with you!! You made my day so much more bearable because I was really socially exhausted and just had zero energy ahaha.
