Omg...those who get it, get it. A year ago it was so hard for me to articulate real estate information like this. Now that I am more practiced in real estate, this video makes so much sense to me. I find that one of the best ways to improve in real estate is to just go through it. Second, have a burning desire to learn. Learn from videos such as this one. This video has such a great energy. This is the spirit and wisdom that helps every single agent. Thank you Mr. Robert Rico.

Hi I’m a new agent And now everyone asks me the question that I can’t answer If I buy my house now and the real estate market crashes? Am I going to be carrying this big loan for a house that’s worth half of the price ? What am I supposed to answer to that ?
Regardless of the state of the real estate market, the borrower will always be responsible for the loan. The great news is that when the real estate market is hot and property values are increasing, the homeowner does not need to share the profit with the lender if the homeowner decides to sell their property for profit. We all wish we had a crystal ball to predict the future, however we know that property values have always increased historically. Therefore it is a great long-term investment.
CA Realty Training Thank you so much! That answer that you gave me it really made it so simple and clear! Now I have all the confidence to go share that with my clients 😊
Hi, Ingrid. Great question and thank you for asking! At the moment, CA Realty Training does not have any in-person locations open in Los Angeles due to COVID-19 regulation. What's a good % off the price would you negotiate? I was told 3% of asking price. Please confirm.
Run comps on the property to get the best price. If you plan on offering them less, an agent will typically offer around 5% less.
Thank you so much..
Thank YOU for watching, Luther!

Is an inspection a contingency?
Good question. Let me get back to you on this one!
If it’s something that’s important to you, yes you can have it in the contract.
Andrew Anthony yes I agree!
If its so important to you
Then add it in the notes in the offer contract

But the buyer will think you’re work for your pocket. They don’t think that we are trying to help them win over the house :(

You talk too fast on all your videos. Can you slow down a little bit please.
Sorry. I'm just very excited about real estate. Does slowing the video down make me talk at normal speed?
