Habal-Habal to Tangadan Falls - Perfect Day Trip in La Union

We had the whole falls to ourselves! How you ask? Simple: Go early at 7am and arrive before everyone else arrives.
To get here, the roads are quite steep and can only be managed by jeeps, 4x4's and motorbikes. If you are a large group, you'll need to get a tour guide that can organize you appropriate transportation and will take care of the environmental fees and other expenses. If you travel alone or in 2, doing habal-habal is the best choice, as this will easily take you through the very steep roads and bring you straight to the jump-off point of your hike. You'll do a simple hike and end up at this gorgeous falls. The whole trip is a perfect half day activity that is not so challenging and very scenic.
