If he has a stomach problem ive had ibs, tmi since I was a kid..and some people need surgery for sure, but I use a plant based diet and then I took out my allergies checked for them it was a milk allergy and a citric acid allergy citric acid=black mold on corn..anyway, plant based whole grain can help, which is hard w touring but i hit the produce section if I’m traveling…it’s sounds obnoxious to be sounding like a fiber pushing Grandma, but it’s curing my ibs..I hate it when I get noises if I’m playing live..it depends on the tummy troubles, but I took out meat, eggs and animals products anything w a face and things are flowing much better now..I used to like go to a party and have massive tummy growling it sucked..actually my stomachs issues started after kind of a booze binge but whatever…
