HerBeauty`sInsideOut best of luck and wishes to you! Sometimes the people that lack good work ethic are the ones that get ahead and still slack! You’re a great worker and they felt threatened by a person with some actual force to them!

My husband just got fired from a job where he was making mega bucks. At first we were upset and scared but we prayed together tonight and this video came up on TH-cam and I think it’s going to be okay. Thanks Sarah 💕

Hey R A I worked in Corporate Marketing for huge consumer products companies for over 40 years where I also made "Mega bucks". I lost my job several times - the companies simply say "your position has been eliminated", which is how they get rid of you without cause. Anyway, advice from a fellow believer, two things to share with you: God is faithful and always provides; do not fear. Second, one thing your husband may also need to deal with is not having bitterness. I want to share one of my favorite Bible verses with him: Genesis 50:20. It is where Joseph reveals to his brothers who he is. Joseph's words to his brothers were "you meant this for me for evil, but God meant this for me for good." I love that verse and it always applied to my situation. We had to move across the country several times and my three boys had to change schools. God always prepared the way. He cares for the birds of the field and you are worth more to Him than the birds.

Dude, I've been fired three times in my life and I now have two degrees and am doing extremely well in my career (and my recent jobs). It's not always meant to be, and better jobs were always awaiting me. For all of you out there feeling like you're not "enough" or something's wrong with you if you've been let go from some jobs, don't worry!! It happens.

Oh my goodness, this video could not have popped up in my feed at a better time! I am going through an INSANELY similar experience in my life right now. I feel like a failure because I can’t seem to keep a job down.
This video has given me a lot of comfort because I know I have a good work ethic and a strong character, but the events in my life seem to indicate otherwise. I am pregnant with our first child kid right now and am trying to figure out my role in helping to provide for our family. This was such a great comfort! Thank you Sarah and God bless ❤️

Watching this video was a blessing for me! A year ago I was fired from Walmart after 4 almost 5 years because I wanted to donate the lost and found instead of throwing it away. I was told I was stealing. I felt gutted and worthless. It was a blessing in disguise because a year later I am working from home with my boyfriend making more than I did there! Thank you for sharing your story!

I got my first real job at 21, my boss treated me badly, later my coworker told me, it was because my boss felt threatened by me (i have higher education, and I speak more languages)
I’ve literally waited almost 2 years, and i felt horrible, she harassed me everywhere everyday,
Then i started praying to God for help, because I couldn’t do this alone anymore.
And we got another supervisor literally 2 months later, who got me promoted, and my coworkers told her about how my boss treated me, and 2 other people… It gets better, hang in there!! 🥰🥰🥰😇

    I love your channel
Your sister was correct God had something better for you.
The feeling of being watched I experienced in my last job and I was being watched every shift even though in training we were not made aware of the cameras. The training was horrible I am so much happier now.
What God had in store for me was the time to get myself in order and ready for my new steps in this journey of life.
    Enjoy your upcoming weekend

Hey Sarah, thank you so much for this video. It was very inspiring. I was UNFAIRLY fired today, the last time I was ever fired was when I was 17 years old from TCBY (yogurt). So naturally, this was kind of a shock to me. But after being diagnosed in 2014, I put my photography on hold to heal. I let it go for this long... and I truly believe God allowed me to get fired so that I can pursue my dream job again. I'm a really hard worker, I'm good at anything I put my mind to... but it's time to put my mind back on ME. And your video helped to do that. Thank you. God bless you and I just subscribed so I look forward to getting to know your channel more. ;)

I was never fired, but I did leave two jobs because of TERRIBLE management and a toxic work environment. I haven’t fully given up, but I am pregnant right now and thinking of finishing up school (applying for PhD) before thinking about getting a job again. I’d love to work from home but that’s not really much of an option here where I live, but this gave me a bit of push to kinda not rush things and feel bad about my current situation and know that I’ll be fine. Thanks girl.

I was fired from my job this year on the same day that my close family member died. No condolences , no phone calls nothing. I cried for weeks thinking I must be a horrible person & horrible worker to deserve this than I realized that I was working for horrible people in a horrible work environment & I'm so happy to be free from toxic people. My boss would sit in her office all day watching her HARD WORKERS busting butt on the security cameras. She was constantly looking for something we would do wrong. What a horrible way to treat the people who have made you rich.

I worked at several salons and day spa as a massage therapist. If you dont go out and drink or party with them, you get ostracized. And you wont last long. I was older, married and not interested in socializing outside of work. It can be a hornets nest in those places. Gossip, drama and back stabbing galore. I finally just opened my own massage place.

My previous employer violated HIPPA laws, yelled at me in front of residents, confessed to being negligent on issues and then wrote me up for it and reported it to HR under my name, knew that a coworker had assaulted me a few times, refused to pay me the wages that the company had decided upon, and scolded me for tiny things. She would call me on my days off to yell at me over the phone and had accumulated a two and a half star rating on Indeed. I believe you when you say you weren’t a bad worker.
I knew that I wasn’t, either, but felt worthless and hopelessly incompetent. Now I have a great job teaching as an independent contractor that is more than I could have prayed for. The mental and emotional health that resulted from the switch is incredible, and I’m still enjoying it.

From your statement about HIPAA and saying "residents" sounds like it was a cna or health aide job. Funny thing is I've been a cna and your description of management sounds exactly like my experiences being a cna in every retirement home / rehab facility I've been to. Even the nurses were rude and liked to power trip. I switched to home health as an independent contracted employee and it was SOOOOOOOOO much better. Did that for almost 3 years until I had more kids.

Wow. I needed to hear this, thank you. I've struggled with the most recent jobs I've had, feeling like I'm an excellent worker but having negative work environments. Ultimately I really want to be a writer, an author, and work from home so I can also be a stay at home mom. When I left my last job, I applied at nearly every coffee shop in my city because I really enjoy working as a barista, but despite my experience and persistence NO ONE would even interview me. I was so frustrated because I enjoy working and felt I had so much to offer, but maybe it was God's way of saying the season of working for someone else is over. Pursue writing and be your own boss. Also found out I was pregnant two weeks after leaving my job. 😜

I was fired for the first time from a long standing job recently & am in the midst of trying to find what's really next for me. The biggest thing being that I'm not compromising time with my daughter who just started high school. I'm feeling the time crunch & my mama intuition says that's my true priority. All that to say...Thank you for posting this. For sharing this journey. ♡♡

I was fired for the second time in my life today because a customer threatened me into giving him money while I was by myself, after I was already threatened months ago by a group of 6 men while working alone and luckily they took off before they took anything but management never did anything about the first incident. I’ve been questioning all day if I’m just a bad worker or not capable of anything but I’m realizing sometimes you end up in bad situations and it’s not always your fault. This video really helped, thank you 💕

I no longer work but I'm a stylist, it's not only a job but it's who you are. The environment that clients don't see but is always there, is probably the second reason (the first being not getting passed your nerves)is why so many hairdresser's just don't make it Your either born to do it or not. Just from your videos and Im not saying this as a bad way at all nor am I referring to your talent (considering I've never witnessed it) it's hard to describe but I just can't see you ever being able to "survive" so to speak. We are a definitely a different breed.

Hi Sarah! I'm a new subscriber and ah I'm just so happy that I found your channel, you're so gorgeous!. I'm on a job hunt currently and it's been nothing but all rejections. Even just this morning I got rejected from one job and honestly was feeling really sh*tty, I almost cried when they said I wasn't successful. This video popped up on my feeds for some reason and I just wanna say thank you and this video really made me feel a lot better. I guess I had to go through these experiences and I believe one day I'm going to be at a whole lot better place doing actually what I love doing just like you.

Management in any retail environment sucks 9/10 times.
Luckily, the managers in my job actually work downstairs with us as well, so they can see the bs we have to put up with and are a bit more lenient/nice about their expectations on us.
Everyone should work in a service job - the world would be a better place.

I quitted 1 job, and got fired of 2 (well the last one was more of a FINALLY because it made me mentally sick and i wanted to quit but God heard my prayers). I am now at a super nice store with a really loving team. Thank God.

I lost my job in December & have stayed at home since. I've honestly been far too sick to work, with my u/c in overdrive. I've been looking into work-from-home jobs and seriously considering starting my own TH-cam channel, and looking into other ways to make money from home to help out my family finances. I felt like an absolute failure for months, just heartbroken over losing my job. Like worthless and like I wasn't worth anything to my family.

I just got out of Savers in Australia and it is the exact same thing. They still try to get people like that. And we are in different countries. Value village and Savers are owned by the same people. That's ridiculous.

I've been let go once and fired once. The time I was fired was genuinely a result of a toxic work-relationship between me and my manager. He treated me differently than the other employees and was needlessly disrespectful to me. Our co-workers noticed as well, which were only 2 other people - yes, making only 4 employees for this store. My mom even noticed from the first time she walked in, and I had never mentioned to her about the mistreatment I was receiving at work. He would intentionally try to mess me up when working with customers by acting like a child, using random objects around as basically toys to play with, right over my shoulder and in my ears! He would try to correct me when I was wasn't even wrong, wouldn't teach me what I needed to know, and made fun of me in front of people. I didn't find the strength to reach out to my supervisor, who is all of our boss for the districts around town, and be honest about the situation. I'm sharing this because I hope if any of you ever unfortunatly experience this, please speak up for yourself! My supervisor told me that she just wished I would've told her sooner before he fired me. You deserve better!

I was fired from 2 jobs and let go from other 2. It was a very confusing and painful experience every one of those times. The first time I was fired because I spoke up against the supervisor for abusive treatment. I was bullied by my coworkers for having an accent (English is my second language). I lost count of how many times I caught them laughing at me and mocking me in the back room. They would also do it in front of customers. The second time I was fired from a teaching position because I missed three days of work. I was eight months pregnant and really sick throughout my entire pregnancy. The three days I was in bed actually saved my life. Went to my doctor a week later for my weekly checkup and ended up being sent straight to the hospital for an emergency c-section. I had preeclampsia and HELLP syndrome and the umbilical cord was wrapped around my son’s neck 3x. I don’t think my somando I would be alive today if I had insisted in going into work those 3 days. First time I was let go was the weirdest thing ever. My supervisor called me into his office to tell me he had to let me go because his wife’s twin sister (she worked across from my desk in the office) was making his wife extremely jealous of having me around the office 🤔. I was like: what do I have to do with this???? I didn’t even talked to the man 🙄 I remember going to my car and just crying my eyes out for about an hour. It felt so wrong and unfair. Second time I was let go cause they wanted me to work on Sundays even though when they hired me I was told it would not be necessary as long as I worked on Saturdays 🤷‍♀️ anyways, every single time God opened another door 🚪

I know in the U.S. that the elderly usually tip that low because they spend so much money to live in the nursing home, and most are only left with 30 dollars for the month. It's actually pretty common that they don't have a lot of money in the nursing home.

I had the same situation working at Subway. They made me like a manager for when they werent there, didnt train me, yet always watched me on camera. I got SO mad at that, its not even legal here in the Netherlands to spy on your employees (from home!). After that they wanted to educate me, which they would pay for, but I refused because I wanted to study again. They than let me go when my contract was due instead of giving me another 6 month contract. I didnt have money that half a year, but at least I still had my dignity.
Edit: my study would start almost 6 months after I kindly refused their offer.

Little throwback, but i’m still gonna comment: I’ve been “fired” once, i had been working at a preschool and i quietly voiced my opinion on a particular child to my coworker, I said and i QUOTE “i’m glad he (his name) isn’t here today, i needed a break” And my manager overheard me and fired me on the spot even though i was the LEAD teacher and no one else heard me and my coworker had agreed and she was not fired, but hey you live and you learn i guess.

I got pregnant just as I finished uni. My husband is working and can afford to keep us. I don't have a job and could not possibly get one, I want to focus on raising my child, but in these few months until he will be born, I feel USELESS. I feel guilty for not working, but also very tired all of the time, not having energy to do basic things. I really don't know what to do next. What will I do in 2 years?..

I went from never being fired before and being somewhat valued to being fired 3 times in a row THIS year and tbh im feeling hopeless, and i kinda just stopped applying cause i'm afraid its going to happen to me again. I've always wanted to have my own brand and been working on it the last 2 years so i'm hoping that this is a sign from god to focus on my brand instead

"Let go" and "fired" ARE two different things. My husband was let go from a company that was closing down. That wasn't his fault, that was the companies decision. You being let go from the retirement home wasn't a fault on you, it was decision on the company. It happens. Thank you for sharing!

Hi Sarah, I’m in the middle of a cross road in my life and have no idea what I want to do with my life. I Spent 5 years studying tourism and working in this professions for 2years while always knew I didn’t like it. I got a school offer in construction that I recently applied but I didn’t feel right to accept it. I feel like in a dead end now. No interest in any particular field I want to work into.
