I'm just hoping that the location of Executive 2 is not moved to Blue World City's general block by the time they launch new map after selling it for a further year or so due to it's 'new ideal location' near financial square

Excellent perspective video on Master plan of Capital Smart City, Rizwan bhai - you are again the first & again the best. Thanks for educating to all viewers whether your clients or other wise. Now the project looks well shaped up. Best thing is the medical & education institutions have been allotted priority areas. Location of Interchange has surprised us all but still one of the best remains Oversea Central. You are right Rizwan bhai, value of Executive - 1 will be increased over the period of time. Location of Exec - 2 is likely to be better than Exec - 1 as Oversea Center will surpass Oversea East, in valuation. Four entries from Chakri Road, make the residential areas well biased towards this side of the project. Overall a very balanced looking map, Rizwan bhai you are right, every sector looks better than other one - just a beauty of planning.

@@MakaanSolutionsBhai, yes I know. I said it sarcastically as the dealers of CSC have been selling Interchange chooran in the form of Executive 2 for over a year now and all of a sudden it is nowhere near Interchange

The dealers of CSC have been selling Executive 2 (chooran) for more than a year by saying it will be best investment in future due to it's location near Interchange.

Aoa Rizwan bhai very good explain about Master Plan. But Executive 2 block members are not satisfy due to already placed explain old map near by inter change and every one buy. But suddenly place of executive 2 alloting to Overseas member. Un fair with local members. Reason not the best place situated near by business park the reason is why ignore and too far way situate place by authority is long term. We are too disappointed.

Few months ago you replied to a comment saying " A lot of development has been done in Executive-2". Wah Jee kiya development hai. That semi-developed area has been allocated to a different block. Poor planning by CSC management. Misguiding people through dealers.

When land of Executive-2 is developed, CSC management will launch new Overseas block on it and move Executive-2 to a more PRIME location.

@@MakaanSolutions bhai, don't count on it. The CSC management are a bunch of confused think tanks. They do first, think later.
When you meet the HRL top man (one with the beard, Malik sb I believe) ask him about the reason for changing location of Executive-2 and just observe the confusion on his face. He only thinks about overseas clients. I have observed this in his interviews. He likes British Pounds.
@@umer99999 yes and it seems as if the worth of 2.5 million pkr sent by the overseas citizens (from their dollar accounts) weighs way more than the same amount paid by local Pakistanis from their PKR accounts

LoL They moved executive 2 away from motorway to financial square. Which will take at least a decade or two to develop. What Next, may be they move it to into Chahan Dam itself😂.
Funny, as per CSC sales guy, there was a Executive 2 balloting expected to happen in Feb, then it moved to July and now God knows when it will happen.
