Very informative videos. I did not know about programming the old keypad to ask for the profile. It might be worth mentioning that you can use the option to put it in stay by holding 5 and then change the profile by either cycling through the stay profiles by holding 5 again until you get to the profile or by using the shortcut by holding 5 and pressing 1,2,3 or 4 depending on which profile you want.
On one of your other videos you used location 22 to set a sleep delay and the lcd went off on the curved key pad. I have the flat key pad and I see they screen doesn't go off, only dims. is there a way to change it? Its still quite bright even when dimmed

I have not used more than one drive in that exact model but my experience with other NVRs is that you can add any size drive combination as long as each drive is not larger than the max allowable for a single drive, so if the max is 10TB for a single drive then each drive should be 10TB or lower. You can mix the drive sizes.
Hi there, we have the old keypad (left one in the video). For some reason there is gibberish displayed on the keypad and the keypad is not functioning. We can only activate/deactivate the alarm with the remote. Any suggestions?

The is also no true led arm light from the pgm e.g to flash led on alarm activation.
