What a great video! I can’t imagine retiring into a condo for that price. The only other thing I’d worry about is the additional costs ie hoa, taxes, etc

Ron, I agree! The HOA fees are something to consider, certainly, and each condo complex has their own, based on amenities, age, etc. Property taxes are relatively affordable, compared to a lot of places, and if you live in a property as your full-time residence, you get a 45% discount! There's a small grocery store in BH, and a grocery store in Parowan as well. Cedar City is about 35 minutes away, and yes - St. George is always an option if you want to stock up at Costco!
