- Peter catches Simon sneaking in and confronts over Audrey's attack. Simon admits he was involved before explain to his dad about the 'lads' and warning him if Peter report it to the police. Later, Ken left furious at his grandson's action and Peter decides to take Simon to the hospital to see Audrey where he says sorry to Audrey. Peter and Audrey begs Roy to not report Simon to the police.

However...his behaviour with Leanne and the abuse storyline leads me to think there's more to his story.
Simon didn't get sent up to bed without any tea for giving his elders backchat unlike Gail, Audrey, Ken, Norris, Liz, Eileen and several other of the older characters who all did when they were growing up
