    Great overview

    @StephenPhillips 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

    I am at 69k miles on my 2020 Escape Titanium Hybrid and I am hearing rattles in the rear. Possible problems?

    • @CarsWithSteve
      @CarsWithSteve  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      So many possibilities.. Have you check around the wheel wells to see if there's a loose cover? Loose deflector? Might be from the rear air extractors.. You're going to have to figure out exactly where the noise is coming from to get an idea of a possible fix

    • @StephenPhillips
      @StephenPhillips 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@CarsWithSteve it's coming from the rear right B&O speaker

    • @CarsWithSteve
      @CarsWithSteve  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Might be a loose cable, bracket or screws. There have been a few people with the same issue with different fixes. Check out this forum though - should have an answer there www.fordescape.org/threads/b-o-subwoofer-rattling.115253/

    Where is the button to change to Different modes?

    • @CarsWithSteve
      @CarsWithSteve  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Check down your center stack by the shifter knob. You should see a button with a few icons on it!

    I was waiting for an explanation of the power gauge which was completely missed. Its not in the manual either. I have a 2021 and don't understand what the power gauge is telling me

    • @CarsWithSteve
      @CarsWithSteve  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Wilhelmina! The power gauge will display the power captured by the regenerative braking system that’s returned to the high voltage battery that lets you run in electric mode

    How do you turn on the heated wheel

    • @CarsWithSteve
      @CarsWithSteve  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's just to the right of the passenger heated seat button - check out the video here - th-cam.com/video/Ia2ZUXWrGDU/w-d-xo.html

    4.15 pretty sure that adjusts the speed of the interimttent wipers.

    • @CarsWithSteve
      @CarsWithSteve  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Good catch.. there's a bit of ambiguity on this one. Looking at an Escape owners manual if the vehicle is equipped with auto wipers that setting is going to switch between a high/low sensitivity to water on the windshield or just the generic auto wiper "on" setting.
      If the vehicle is equipped with regular wipers that setting does what you mentioned, changing between a single wipe, intermittent wipe, normal wipe or high speed wipe.
      Just got taken to school... thank you!

      @@CarsWithSteve Me too. In the UK (where I live) it's only the latter option. Lol

    Nice video. Question: is it possible to set a tacometer in my principal view. I own a Hybrid Kuga which uses the same platform. Thanks un advance!

      Thanks Federico! Won't be behind the wheel of one of these for a few weeks but have you tried turning off the power gauge in the display settings?
      Steering Wheel menu button --> Display Setup --> deselect Power Gauge

    Hi, thanks for the video, I came to know that there are experts buying and installing this cluster in ecosport greater than 2018 models. and it works well. how do I buy or order this OEM cluster for myself ?

    • @CarsWithSteve
      @CarsWithSteve  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You're welcome! The part can technically be swapped. Chances of finding one new are slim, you're probably going to have to pull one of a wrecked Escape

    Today mine change power indicator for RPM for its own. I think its a software issue

    • @CarsWithSteve
      @CarsWithSteve  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      That's an odd one! Have you updated to the latest version of Sync3 through a software update?

      @@banbam186 Weird! If it hasn't gone away by the next time you have the car serviced, just bring it up for them to have a look at it! Should have no issues being covered under warranty

    Is it possible to switch form l/100km to km/l?

    • @CarsWithSteve
      @CarsWithSteve  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Camilo! Yes it is but not on the instrument cluster. You have to use the Sync3 screen in the centre console. If you check out this video, it tells you exactly how to do that th-cam.com/video/Knzr0U7ov_0/w-d-xo.html

      Technically you could.. wiring would be a pain but not impossible in the right hands
