I honestly love your videos so much because I can relate to you on so many levels. It also makes me feel less dumb because of my anxiety. Going out and being active helps so much!! It literally makes me feel energetic and reminds me of life and its opportunities. Being home all day makes me anxious and makes me contemplate my life which is on a long term unhealthy for me. Your videos help me so much!
