This is the best live arrangement of this song I’ve heard by far! Love it with this slow groove…just works so well…but I don’t know why it seems this is the only time they did it this way from what I’ve found so far
Al Jarreau I was introduced to his music in 1977 or 78 and then follow him ever since been to about eight or nine of his concerts the voices of Al Jarreau Johnny Mathis and Lou Rawls is me I can roll with them all day long thank you very much
Se nos fue Al Jarreau el domingo 12/2/2017 temprano en la mañana, Gracias Mr. Jarreau por su música y su estado feliz permanente, (toda una lección de vida).Ibbaé
Talk about evolution - Al keeps aging like the finest wine and gets better and better with each passing year giving us more pleasure than can be thought a living being could give. He is the true essence of JAZZ. He's been blessed with the most wonderful musical instrument - his soul, his body and his voice and in turn has blessed us all with his greatness!
It would be beautiful and amazing to see Anita Baker and Al Jarreau on one stage together what a show !!! that would be and if it comes to existence please! let me know? when and where. This note is for any jazz fan.
In South Africa, the audience would not be sitting so quiet...so reserved... Looks odd to me watching the the audience here...awesome vibe/groove/rhythm..We always clapping/tapping/swaying..
Wrong feel? Why? The feel is different compared to the studio-version, but to me it's absolutely great. Over the years Al interpreted his songs new again and again, but this was typical for his musicianship. Discovering the music new, improvising, giving new ideas to the audience, that's jazz.
Toujours aussi bon et beau Merci Monsieur pour cet énorme bonheur de vous réécouter 👍👍👍
Mamma mia pelle d'oca bravissimo Top.
Mon Dieu ! Que C est bon! MERCI AL
U go AL !✌️🤓 Such a passionate artist about his singing, feeling & emotion is never absent.👌👀 U go boy ! 🏇

Masterpiece!
yes!! I agree with you...
It speaks for ot's self.
Another thing. Al Jarreau's voice enabled im to sound like an entire chorus. Kinda like Bill Evans on the piano.
so emotional
A sweet retooling of a tube that I thought was perfect, but now it's even more so.
yes!!
Actually, if you checkout the "roof garden" Anita Baker is one of the back up singers
This is freestyling!!!
