i love these unique intros for each videos, i noticed it a while ago, it's not that much, only few seconds, but shows how much you truly care about the creativity of your work
They’re created by a branch of Pixar. Actually Pixar was a division created after them for feature films. The company began by making short animations. That’s not true. I just like spreading disinformation on the internet.
As a person with bipolar disorder, I really appreciate this video about emotions. My emotions are very often out of control and I could really use a clinic for them. Thank you so much, Jen, for making this video for us.
anger isn't always bad. if you're angry because of a problem, instead of just sitting there being angry, or calming yourself back down, you can use that anger to motivate yourself to solve the problem!
I have followed you for years. I'm glad to you see you're still making videos. I feel much older now but your videos have a consistent calmness and now a sense of nostalgia. I just got off my late night warehouse job and I'm sore as ever. This gave me great tingles. This was a great video. Thank you. Keep it up and I know the genre has grown a ton but I don't understand how you don't have at least 500k subs. So underrated. God bless

I just wanted to let you know that I was having a really tough morning, feeling overwhelmed by life, and like I needed some help calming down. I thought of you and came to your channel, and I already feel so much better watching this video. Thank you for what you do!!
Have you ever seen an opossum going AAAAAAAAAA? ... That is approximately my emotional state all the time. I don't know what that one is called. Jokes aside, I actually really love this video. We could all use more insight into our own feelings. And thank you for making such consistent quality content for all these years.
This was fantastic, it felt so professional. I love these charts and those cards associating different emotional states and activities you can do to deal with them. It's sometimes very difficult to find healthy ways to cope with your emotions so it's really helpful to have some guidance. Thank you so much, Jen!!💚💤
Wow, this video was so much in one. I enjoyed learning more about emotional regulation -- something I've been trying to teach myself in order to cope with my stress -- and you provided such a comfy, relaxing environment. I seriously love how minimal the background noise was. It makes me feel more secure and accentuates your voice, imo. Anyway, I loved this video :DD
I’ve been watching you since that room/book tour and your dragon figurine collection video. Oh and I think responsible for more than half of the views on your tiger face painting vid. Haha. It’s always so nice and comforting to open the app and see an upload for you. Hope you’re well!
What a wonderful video! It‘s so relaxing and calming. I love your „Clinic“ videos - and I love that we‘re almost always the „two o‘clock“ and how you hinted at it this time xD But the whole video was amazing. Thank you Jen!
my childhood and teenage years were painfu,l so painful to the point that i eventuality questioned, "what's wrong with me?" "why can't i feel a thing?"
You look and aurally present as a Noble Lady from an Arthurian Grail cycle. I mean, your ASMR is REALLY good, and I suggest more whisper with lights. You have the one flash light video where it's "light...then dark" and it's basically the Philosopher's Stone of ASMR. I would LOVE more of that; whole videos even. It's up to you, but I just want you to know how brilliantly effective that one is. Always give credit where due; so everything I type is from the heart. Blessed Be, Good Sister-kin.
I am reminded of a (former) co-worker with serious anger issues. She found that anger management techniques just made her worse -- even more enraged. I have no idea how she calmed-down; I just did my best to avoid her.
Oh wow, i figured we weren't getting a video today, usually drops 3:30-4:30p local time and this dropped after 6p. Good thing (is it?) I have a severe case of insomnia today and checked for something to listen to again.
Really enjoyed this video a lot. Thank you Jen. I spend a lot of time in the blue and orange zones unfortunately. Hoping for my green zone to arrive soon.
Your inaudible whispering is amazingly relaxing. It would be awesome if you did a full video of something like writing a book report while doing inaudible whispering while writing and reading and maybe throw in some calculator sounds?!😊
Well, it was a perfect example for the viewers of the "Red zone" from probably being a little annoyed and she nailed it, because she actually stopped to let it pass and then continued with the lesson. 😅
I believe you've just made one of my most favorite video of yours. The broad emotions you cover and the methods that you provide the viewer on how to cope with them is incredibly informative and uplifting. I found myself drifting off but still captivated by your presentation. I hope you can forgive me for saying this but you somehow look more beautiful here. Maybe it's the lighting 😅 Hope you have a good weekend Jen.
Yeah, she may have needed to edit that part out but I think it played well into the video as part of the demonstration. From green zone to red to green in about 15 sec.
I need to come back to this video a few times 🤔🧐🧐 Seems to me that you have a lot of good ideas about these emotion things and I want to try and learn those a little bit more. 😊 I know this isn't a therapy session nor an official education session but I also know this isn't bs and I think you know what you are talking about.
@12:37 this chart, I could use a kind of pocket version. Could ya let me know where I could find it? I have ADHD. For me I have trouble regulating my emotions. They are usually valid for the situations but the intensity of my reactions might not match the situation at hand. Thanks for this video!! It has some good tips & reminders!
So according to that scheme exercising is the solution to all negative emotions. Unfortunately, not everyone gets an endorphin rush after exercising, so if you ever tried and didn't feel happy/motivated from it, don't worry it's not your fault

Agreed!
after watching this video I can tell that I was "excited" when I saw the upload, "calm" while watching it and "happy" at the end
I hope this video reaches more than just your viewers. So much heart and love was put into it. Thank you.
Thank you so much!
This genuinely was one of the most helpful videos I've ever watched!

I've watched this so many times - so relaxing and a good reminder to be mindful of our own feelings and behaviours in so many different situations ❤
This video has serious potential to help lots of people. The Legend does it again!
The planning and forethought in this video are impressive. Great suggestions and very informative. Thank you, Jen.
Hearing my own accent is a new trigger unlocked!

Omg yesss! Nearly an hour long video!! Thank you Jen!!
I absolutely love your videos! Thank you for being such a great content creator

sometimes you need to be angry especially against an injustice
That's true, but it landed me in jail years back and really messed up my life, so be careful and stay safe
Your videos always manage to make me relax.
Thanks Jen, I've been aware of these coping tactics for a while but it's always great to have a reminder
Love this girl, she’s so helpful ❤️
Love how I got an ad for Inside Out 2 before this. Google really said “ohhh yeah ‘the emotions’ we know what you want”
