The Philippines is a newbie like other sports figure skating, gymnastics, etc more practice someday the Philippines will be one of the best.

No. Matagal na silang nagcocompete. Ever since I started watching all-girl cheer like NCC and WNCAA , ang lakas nila sa tumblings and stunts. I do agree that this run is not the cleanest, but this is a good start. I hope that this experience will push SPCP to challenge themselves to execute new and more difficult stunts. As someone who has been watching this team since 2013, the routines are getting repetitive na. We need something fresh and we need to be back in the podium. 9 years na since our last medal.

Thank you for these comments! The Team is in transition right now with a few members graduating and at least 10 new members moving up from the GS Pep Varsity team. The HS Pep Varsity Team will also be going with a new coach for the next tournament season after 18+ years with Coach Ramon.
Oh wow. If I may ask, who’s going to be the new coach? I am looking forward to SPCP Pep Varsity’s growth and development. I am definitely excited for their WNCAA routine. I stan these girls, idol ko kayo, and mas malayo pa ang mararating ninyo.

The basis for sending teams fo the ICU Worlds is the National Cheerleading Championships run by Cheer Pilipinas. It's not the UAAP cheerdance competition. But FYI our ICU World Championship coed team is actually composed of ex-UAAP cheerdancers.

Kahit sa UAAP di mag place ang ganun routine. Bakit umabot sa World Championship? Or sila lang ata may budget para makalipad papunta sa venue kaya sila nag represent. We can only say Proudly Pinoy if we know in our hearts we sent our best cheerleaders.
This team won the all girls category for the national cheerleading championship run by Cheer Pilipinas, the national federation for the sport. They are the reigning champions.

Di sila nanalo dahil marami silang mistakes at di nagsasabay sabay. Needs more practice for better results. Too many mistakes cause a lot of point reductions.

It is kinda disappointing but somewhat expected. We are a very hard nation to please. We want instant gratification and we rarely "trust the process".

They're from St. Paul College Pasig HS Pep Varsity, 2023 National Cheerleading Champions. This All Girl Elite team got Coach Randell from FEU (UAAP 2023 cheerdance champions) to lead the team.
Some UAAP alumni DID join the competition, e.g. 8 NU pep alumni joined the coed premiere team where they ranked 10th in the competition.

Wala pong all girls teams sa UAAP. May Coed Category kung saan nag pa tryout yung Cheer Pilipinas, the national governing body of the sport of cheerleading in the Philippines (parang SBP for basketball) last June 2023 for this competition. I believe mga UAAP graduates yung mga kinuha nila for that category.
Ang pinapadala po sa All Girls category for this event is yung national champion sa National Cheerleading Championship which is from St. Paul College Pasig.

This group is actually not the Philippines’ best in Cheer Leading. They are only the best team who are members of this Federation. Try watching the cheer leading teams in UAAP. They have the best cheer leading teams the Philippines can offer.

Re: your "This group is actually not the Philippines’ best in cheerleading" comment, "best" is often subjective but if we're going to be completely objective about it, they are the REIGNING All Girl category national champions. The team was also coached by the coach for FEU, the reigning UAAP Cheerdance Champions.
