@@jyuts4359 Not sure if it sounds like Nothing Else Matters; but I think the point of @Casey Kc 's comment was that Orion is originally an instrumental song by Metallica, on their 1986 album Master Of Puppets. Just in case you didn't know. Anyway, great music... We miss you Cliff!

When i was younger with no knowledge of metallica I was in love with this song and now I'm a metallica fan and can't believe I didn't realise they covered this. This is still my favourite instrumental 💖
I was (and am about half way through now) Kevin Hearne's novel, Hexed where he references Rodrigo y Gabrela. Curious, I looked them up on TH-cam and about 2 hours later I'm still listening. My taste in music is quite eclectic and this adds but another great chapter to that list of likes.

Metallica's original version is a masterful piece of music and this reimagined interpretation is exceptional. There's no reason to put Metallica down while praising Rodrigo y Gabriela, who clearly respect the original by covering it.

It's not better than the original, that is a completely nonsensical claim, since it was written in a different style, and specifically for that style and based on it (no less in the melodic section), and it is otherwise exactly the same (meaning certainly not "better", but less than the original).
That said, and more on-topic (since that should be off-topic), it's still good and excellently played and sounds interesting.

It's definitely and obviously not better than Metallica, you are either a young kid or an arrogant old prick, in any case a poser who is just easily impressed by the label "acoustic" or "Spanish guitar" etc. It is at best the same, and then still more boring due to the acoustic style, which doesn't compliment the song at all and robs its energy. EVEN THEN there would be otherwise NO DIFFERENCE. And in some sections, notably most of the firs part, it is noticeably worse, because definitely written for a Metal style riffing. And I say this without really caring about Metallica, but quite a lot caring about BAD INTERNET ARGUMENTS.
