Hello, my dearies! As the time is drawing an inevitable conclusion to the days of autumn, I’ve decided to make a compilation of some of my songs dedicated to all the students and their hard work. I hope the music will help you in meeting all the deadlines that are usually piling up by this time of year! For some studying motivation, here are a few of my favourite quotes by famous philosophers on the importance of education: 1. Only the educated are free. (Epictetus) 2. Educate the children and it won’t be necessary to punish the men. (Pythagoras) 3. I cannot teach anybody anything. I can only make them think. (Socrates) 4. Root of honesty and virtue lies in good education. (Plutarch) 5. There is nothing more divine that education. It is only through education that one truly becomes man. (Plato) 6. The Root of Education is bitter. The Fruit is sweet. (Isocrates) 7. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit. (Aristotle) *_ Tell me, my connoisseurs of autumn, what is your opinion on education? What deadlines are you currently trying to meet?_*
Well, without education I would never have been able to read or write myself, let alone learn to speak, read and write the English language to begin with...
I think you're a definitely lucky guy. Edinburgh, the homeland of the idea of the Boy who survived. Moreover, it is the cosiest place for those who prefer being both in modern and old worlds, by combining them in their hearts. And as a person who have never been there I would like you to tell me a bit about Edinburgh and your education there. Maybe right here, under my comment, or somewhere else. I really want to discover more beautiful places and people have been there.
i live in a rural type of place in a countryside, so every now and again when it rains, I'll look out the window at the forest, playing music like this, and I'm always just like, how is this my life, wow
this is literally my favorite one now! i have an essay to write and this entire vibe really helps me focus deeply and immerse myself into the true excellence of the academic experience. i also really loved the quotes you inserted in the comments, they're very motivational. :)
The yellow fog that rubs its back upon the window-panes, The yellow smoke that rubs its muzzle on the window-panes, Licked its tongue into the corners of the evening, Lingered upon the pools that stand in drains, Let fall upon its back the soot that falls from chimneys, Slipped by the terrace, made a sudden leap, And seeing that it was a soft October night, Curled once about the house, and fell asleep. And indeed there will be time For the yellow smoke that slides along the street, Rubbing its back upon the window-panes; There will be time, there will be time To prepare a face to meet the faces that you meet; There will be time to murder and create, And time for all the works and days of hands That lift and drop a question on your plate; Time for you and time for me, And time yet for a hundred indecisions, And for a hundred visions and revisions, Before the taking of a toast and tea - T.S. Eliot
Suppose we didn't have to stare at a screen for a view like this? It used to be you'd look outside during the Autumn of the year & this was what it all looked like. That was back before "we" fixed it so that the temperature stays in the 80s for 2 months too long (that's after it's finally fallen out of the 100s), then one day it is freezing out so the leaves all just go brown & dead & fall to the ground; then right back to another week or so of 80s until what passes now for Winter finally sets in. I won't even go into what it was like to feel it raining.
Mmhmm and it's not the c LIE mate çhá-ngè BS They want us to think it is. They have been screwing around with it for a long time - longer than most people who know about it realize. Not only that, but it's also far more nefarious than most people realize or are willing to admit to themselves. If you're brave enough to seek the truth, internet strangers, dig for proof. It's there if you're willing to look...
It's been a couple years since I've been able to find any of the articles or links that I use to go to that had to do with weather control. For me in impossible to find any references to the topic so I never mention it anymore
I'm always on the look out for good music/ambiance to get into the right mindset for writing. This video is phenomenal. I'm subscribing for this one video alone. Fantastic.
This is one of my very favorite scenes of yours, with the perfect Autumn vibe and the music and rain fits it perfectly. I find myself wondering what sort of people live in such old distinguished houses. Bannisters, bankers, old teachers, doctors, young affluent couples, happy families with children, or villains? Also the building in the middle with the clock tower. At first I thought it was a church. But then I thought again and imagined it was the former home of a Lord, from back when the village was much younger. Having suffered a fire, the Lord moved, and the small, old library was moved in, in his place. It was perfect, because the books hold all the secrets and history of the village, and in that the library holds the soul of the village too. It was restored inside almost to its former glory, but the outside was left as is. Because the fire is part of what gave the place its own unique story and its purpose. You can still see the soot around the street facing windows, up on the tower and chimney, and in the masonry leading up the roof, if you look.
Why is this drawn me like gravity? Like the sound of my own soul, despite my best efforts to ever be anything else. . . Yet i seem to not even belong there either. . .
This is a GEM. Thank you for making this INCREDIBLE music and for making this compilation!!! It is wonderful and stirring and interesting enough that It gives me lovely moody feelings while i'm studying diseases of the bone. EXCELLENT WORK AND BEAUTIFUL MUSIC!!! Its honestly a masterpiece. @RegnumUmbrae
Anybody here from Norway? I am debating on getting a visa as a student to study and live abroad. Just listening to these playlists make me want to see the rest of the world and I've always loved the country from what I've read and seen. So I guess if anyone can answer my question of is it worth it to go that would be awesome!
I love this image so much I've tried to find something similar online. Can anyone recommend films set in a similar setting - not just computer-generated Victorian London, but an autumn XIX century city filled with fog and perpetual dusk?
How I can only listen to Shades of Darkness as separated piece ? I want to play it repeatedly! It has a very deep tones that touch my heart and my soul! Its giving me a feeling I never felt it before! I really want a separated piece so I can listen to it eternally
If you made this music yourself, for some parts use more compression 10:12 sound level too high for that strange instrumental sound (tuba?). Don't use that instrument as a duo, that sounds chaotic. Play this instrument just one time, solo.

This reminds of the year I spent at university in Edinburgh. Maybe that's is why twilight on a rainy autumn evening is my favourite thing.

Very ethereal. ❤
This makes me think of autumn in Cambridge and York, both gorgeous historical towns here in UK.
It's amazing how music can touch the depths of our souls.
Autumn raining dusk , it feels cold and sad, but, the light from the window is so warm, safe, and hopeful!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I don't have numerous channels, just this one :) But I'm glad you find it inspiring!
So odd. It's also inspiring me to write again. Thank you for the inspiration ❤
