You can use a pen to kill someone or you can use it to write, It's your choice.
Similarly, you can use AI to drive a car or to drive a weapon.
Russia has developed a tank that works on its own to destroy enemies. All Warfare Drones fly, detect and lock on enemy targets on their own. American Navy has CWIS Machine guns that identify and destroy targets on its own.
AI is very delicate technology. It cannot turn against humanity unless someone allows it.
For now, You do not need to fear it. AI is decentralised, It might take a century or two to centralise it completely.

Hello Mooroo, I am working on 5G and Cloud Computing. We are really close to perform medical surgeries remotely. In future, if there is a doctor in U.S.A wants to perform surgery on someone in Pakistan. He will able to do it remotely using 5G extreme broadband. People are cursing 5G technology without knowing about it. Self driving cars and remote surgeries, its all our future.
